Yes, I got to the 10% comment. I do not have the budget to buy LV, etc. and my focus is on well made bags in the $200-500 range. I think that a quality product can still be had at those lower prices, as your channel and many channels have proven with comparisons and reviews. Also, your collabs w/ DUYP show that quality can be had at a fair price.

I ordered the same bag as yours, plus the gray one this weekend. They give a Kelly vibe, in my opinion, while being less fussy to open/close. (And obviously less expensive.) I'm sure that Hermes quality is better, but I'm not sure that it's 20-40x better. I also ordered their white cardholder. So excited to see them in person!

Thanks for the helpful comparison! I wondered whether the PW straps attaching to the high top handle (versus the sides like the LV metis) would make accessing and closing the bag annoying while on the body.

I'm kind of regretting that I didn't purchase it in the softer full grain Eve leather that you got. I’m glad you were able to get the extra savings! I have been playing with the Epsom leather on my new cream colored crossbody bag from PW. It’s definitely more rigid and structured, as that’s what Epsom is often known for. It’s not as soft as the Eve version for sure, but still beautiful. Hopefully you’ll enjoy your bag!

Just got the PW bag in black! Sadly the line of leather was a little crooked on the flap so I sent it back for a replacement. Fingers crossed it's good because this design is everything I've wanted in a bag.

Hi Hanna! After watching your video on Black Friday, I made the decision to try the Parisa Wang handbags and ordered the same bag in burgundy, as well as the smaller bag in cream. They both arrived today, safely packaged in solid handbag boxes, along with their dust bags. I love the burgundy bag. The leather is beautiful. However, I'm not sure about the cream bag. It's made in crossgrain leather, which is a completely different leather. Yet, to get the sales price along with your 10% discount, both bags, including shipping, were about $230. Thank you so much! Hi! After deciding I was going to keep the cream handbag, I just now put the shoulder strap on the bag, which was a little bit of a challenge . . . I think due to the stiffness of the leather. Hi, I haven’t seen the Phoebe clutch in person. If you’re okay with the opening/closure, I think it’s a nice looking bag and gives retro vibes. It has sort of an old school coin purse opening which is fun.

I bought the same Parisa Wang bag just in a chai colour but the locker is broken. It doesn’t close 😢 I’m feeling so frustrated! I love in Europe and it will be a big hassle to send it back to them. Never again. PS: I’m not blaming you because I didn’t see your video before.

When I received my PW Micro Madison bag, I smelled some odor and later one of my viewers said it’s from the treatment of the leather so that it can be water and stain resistant. This time, I didn’t smell anything in particular but I also don’t smell leather either. Hope that helps.

I own this Parisa Wang bag in chestnut colour... love it ... but it bothers when it is not closing with one hand due to few things inside the bag..

I agree I hardly wear mine for that reason, plus I got it in a vibrant red color so it doesn’t go with everything. But on the go on the train in NYC it’s not ideal. I guess I can try stuffing it to the brim like Hanna does and if it’s any different. But that is not really my style.

@@ddbookie Exactly... for this reason I am not often reaching for this bag even though I like it. It's more appropriate for the formal events in my opinion.. And I also don't carry much stuff in everyday basis.

I’ve been considering the PW Madison but now I’m not so sure. What are your thoughts between the PW Eve and the Madison? Do you like one more over the other?

I’m so glad you asked! I was looking at the two bags side by side last night and asking myself the same thing! 😂 I definitely prefer the Grace top handle (the burgundy one). I have the micro Madison as well, which is super cute and it’s one of their best sellers, but the opening is a bit tricky (similar to the Lady Dior) and the clasp naturally comes undone so that’s another thing to keep in mind whereas the Grace is more “tidy” so to speak. Also, the Madison that I have is in the walrus textured leather which feels super durable but I am partial to the smoother grain leather on the Grace. Both great bags but if I were to be picky, that’s my answer. Hope it helps!

I weighed it and it came out to about 1 lb 6 oz without the strap. The strap adds about 2 oz. It feels pretty lightweight to me and I really dislike heavy bags! Hope this helps.

Parisa Wang handbags cost the same as Polene; however, Polene handbags are made in Spain while Parisa Wang handbags are made in China and Hong Kong. If you purchase a Polene handbags, it gets shipped directly from Seville, Spain within a week. Leather in Italy and Spain are quality and worth the investment

Hi! I saw your video about loafers and I have some questions. I read that you use them sockless and (as a person who hates no show socks) I think I will use them like that too!. Could you just give me some impressions about how do you feel walking in leather shoes without socks? Also Id like to buy similar type of shoes even at one male friend. Do you think its ok for a male to wear this type of shoes sockless?

Hi! I do wear my loafers sockless and I’ve seen men doing the same around here in NYC. Do you! The only thing is, my feet don’t sweat easily so it’s quite comfortable with my bare feet touching the leather. It feels very nice and soft actually. But I hear if you sweat easily, it can get quite uncomfortable and squeaky! So, something to keep in mind.

Talking about sweat, what do you mean by "squeaky"? Also how do you know that the man you saw were using shoes sockless? Maybe they were using no show socks, no?

⁠@@yesno1624Good point! The men I’ve seen may have well been wearing no show socks, who knows! It was mentioned that it could get squeaky if you sweat a lot. I imagine the sweat rubs against the leather but that doesn’t happen to me.

@@hellocatwalkcity Oh okay. I was thinking that maybe you know directly some man that uses them sockless. I honestly didn't know that even men wear shoes with no socks hahah. Like I said, I also want to give a pair as a gift to one my male friend, so I don't know how he will react when I will say "hey, use them sockless". Also about the sweat I really don't know how I will feel about it, because I have never tried leather shoes sockless. After using them for long, do they take the shape of the foot like normal canvas shoes? And do they tend to stick to the foot?

After watching this video, my immediate thought is to replace Pochette Métis with this Parisa Wang bag. Free up some money. But then you said that the Pochette Métis does something for you that the other bag doesn’t and vice versa. Can you please share what is it that the Pochette Métis do for you specially?

You know, I have to admit, the same thought crossed my mind as well. They both serve the same purpose essentially, but I guess sometimes I know I’ll be in the mood for a touch of monogram and other days I’ll be in the mood for this beautiful burgundy color, so that’s what I mean that they each offer something different. 😉

Did any one smell that plastic chemical odor on the leather? I got a headache from the smell. Any one?

I first bought the largest size Ulysses and I love it!! But then my friends gifted me this smaller size so I could carry it around in my bags. It’s so good! If you write a lot, as you say, it’s an extra special treat to feel the beautiful togo leather and the raw, soft interior each time you open the notebook. I also really appreciate that the paper is refillable so it’s not a one-time use. For me, it’s worth it as a treat but of course we can write on any old scrap paper too! 😅
