A simple, fast and healthy potato recipe. I definitely recommend you to try this healthy recipe. Potatoes and broccoli were delicious. We love all kinds of potato recipes. I hope you like it too. Enjoy watching...
Necessary materials
A small piece of broccoli
1 egg
Chili pepper, black pepper
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 medium sized potatoes
Salt
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk (125 ml)
1 box of cream (200 ml)
2 cloves of garlic
150 g mozzarella cheese
00:19 recipe start.
01:30 Chop the potatoes.
02:07 prepare the sauce.
02:41 Salt the potatoes.
03:11 place the potatoes in the pan.
03:53 add broccoli.
04:34 pour the sauce.
04:46 cover it.
04:59 Put it in the oven.
06:00 Add cheese.
06:26 presentation.
