@@hemingway3508 Losing doesn't make you less manly. Besides, Devon took that loss as information; a bar to set and used it to get a helluva lot stronger in 2019. It has shown. I'm sure Denis looks manly now that he suffered kidney failure and a stroke 'roiding out just so he could win. Someone so insecure in their own ability that they need chemical assistance to the point of nearly dying. (And no, it isn't an argument to say "everyone is on something".)

@@saltedllama2759 I agree with your first statement but saying Denis is insecure just because he uses more gear than the rest of the professionals is false. He dedicated all he had to the sport, thats why Devon took the loss like a man because he lost to someone who was willing to go all in.

Thanks for the thumb advice!. Get some thick rubber bands and put them around your finger tips, and open your hand repetitively to strengthen the tendons on top of the forearms

Hay Devon, can you make another workout video like "Master of monotony"? It doesn't matter if it is a rehab workout or strength gaining workout. Any kind of workout filmed and put on two time fast speed with your voice in the background telling us what is going on would be awesome. You are our inspiration and i know you've made this kind of videos before and still I think a lot of people want to see more of it. (like Hook training 3). Keep up hard work and stay strong.
