@@lydialutz I agree they *should*, but negotiation is an adversarial process and only works when both sides fight for their best interests. If she wasn’t going to fight them, they were going to take as big a bite as possible. You can’t just ask a shark if they’ll go lower without explaining why they should. That’s asking them to be generous, and they would have to LOVE the entrepreneur to entertain that.
