The Little Prince is one of the most simple, yet beautiful stories I have ever read. Not only is it a core of my childhood, but it’s also very beautiful in its meaning and values conveyed. Definitely deserves its spot

"Think and Grow Rich" is one of my favorite books. I did not see it as a book where the main focus was how to get rich financially, but how to get rich emotionally and spiritually as well. It goes in depth into how to accomplish any goal that you set before you.

I really do wonder how Harry Potter became so big. It's actually my favorite series cause I grew up with it but it's just so amazing. I think jk rowling just wrote it in the *perfect* time. We all love fantasy and escapism but we also want something to relate to. Going yo school and growing up is something relatable to pretty much all of us and to imagine getting to go to a magical school is just such an amazing idea to write about. Perfect opportunity because any fantasy loving kid is of course going to love that, then we grow up with it. Adults can also relate because they've been to school once also. Then its not only a school like it's such a detailed and thougout world ans her books are filled with foreshadowing and detailed story its just amazing the creativity of that woman to create such a world and in such a perfect timing is just astonishing. I love also how she got the idea riding a train looking out the window. Just goes to show how many of our own ideas and thoughts goes to waste when many of us today instead choose to look down on our phones.

Was there a reason you included a self help book, and a language book, but excluded a religious book? Bizarre.

@@Kyle-ys3cv same with me. Alchemist is bullshit. Read "Night in Zagreb" by Adam Medvidović, sequels to that are coming soon

It's a fine story, but not some great thing that people seem to act like it is. Fortunately I read it randomly without any hype and thought it was fine. A simple, quick read, nithing special. However I must say, I've never read anything that "blew me away". I always think it's weird when people gush about ho much they love a book. At best I'll find a book interesting and want to keep reading. So I always take all hype with a mountain of salt because it's always overreactive hyperbole.
