I liked it the first time you showed it so I'm glad they are offering a budget version now.
Pound for pound, inch for inch, I think this is maybe the most effective self-defense folder available. While it fits a 5th pocket easily, it’s scary sharp, waves open (or flips lightning fast), is very intuitive. And as you say, it does inspire confidence. There are a couple of videos showing how devastating it can be, it’s truly impressive. Yes, a fixed blade is the ideal SD knife… but if you need a tiny folder that can do the job, this is the knife. If you can’t carry your Pika, this is a great alternative.

I bought one, it's basically a throat cutter or a letter opener. Razor sharp I can see putting it in your pocket or in your sock it will fit anywhere and no one will notice no one will care.

It also opens automatically when you pull it off your pocket. One of the coolest features of this knife. It can be deployed lightning fast

Great for opening boxes. Self defense deployment into retention takes too much time.

Good observation. Self-defense mode does require preparation under duress! Practice always helps, and it is an advantage that it will wave open out of the pocket. 🗡️👍🗡️
