2 questions. 1. Was that dill they put in the apple jelly? 2. What was the point of transferring the apple jelly into a pitcher for the molds? You could have just dumped it from the bowl to the mold and saved time, energy, and dishes.

Pregunta. ¿Que utilizan para lavar las frutas? Se ve que usan un pollo blanco para lavarlas, no usan ni fibra ni zacate ni nada, solo las lavan con las manos y ese polvo blanco. ¿Cual es ese polvo (que no es ni jabón) para lavar las frutas? Yo sigo usando lo tradicional: -fibra, jabón y por supuesto, agua para lavar las frutas- Quien pueda responderme con toda la seriedad y veracidad le estaré agradecido

18:00 I thought you weren’t supposed to eat the pith because it is too bitter and tasteless. If all else of the orange gets blended anyway, wouldn’t it be better to leave the pith out? Also, at 35:00, why does he form the dough into logs and boil them, only to mash all of it later in the mixer? I don’t understand the point.

The pith is the part that has vitamins. Thats why its bitter. You should be eating it.
