The original one, from 91 to 93 that had the help of the most talent racing driver ever, in my opinion...pure and a true drivers car. Its a great drivers experience, sounds good and was always undervalued. Cheers and happy new year

Best year for NSX? Yes

Nicely done though the graphics moved to fast and we're hard to follow on my phone. I'm prejudice a Spar Yellow 97 like the one in your vid has been living in my garage almost 25 years now. It was dumb luck that I got the NA2 as you pointed out that was it first year and if you add them all up had the most upgrades of the total production run. When I look at that 97 in the vid I can't help but wonder what it's serials number it was and where it is today they did make many Yellow ones in 97.

Great video, one suggestion is to tone down on the exhaust sound. It's made me go deaf for a few minutes.

Do you have an NSX? Because two important things missing. One that the Targa is useless on a track time. Two is that the power steering is a crap as the steering rack is slow as hell. So all in all the 91-93 versions are far better. In the US there were no coupes technically from 94'. I have a 91 EU edition and would never change it to an NA 2

+1 on the useless targa. It literally turns the chassis into flexible aluminum diving board. Undulating noticeably over certain road imperfections. The coupe is preferred way to go if all you value is pure spirited driving.

But the Targa does bring forth 6 speed, 3.2L V6, +hp/+tq, better ABS, power steering and suspension improvements. So anyone not tracking would probably prefer the NA2 (of course with the popups). So best year is 1997-2001! :) Let's face it, the NSX is an exotic collectible today with 90s engineering, there are better and cheaper cars to track.

The roof of the car is removable to make it like a convertible :)

It's also correctly called a T Top. Porsche owns the name Targa.
