The Paul Heyman one was very good as well, which came out around the same time as Punk. But in the early 2000's after they acquired the libraries from WCW, ECW, Mid-South, WCCW, AWA they came out with a lot of good documentaries and able to show clips and matches from all those territories.

DVD era of www documentaries was a memory trip for sure. Rise and Fall of ECW, The Triumph and Tragedy of WCCW, The Spectacular Legacy of the AWA, Road Warriors, Legacy of Stone Cold, etc were all classics. I’ll say tho, the biggest FU documentary is the Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior. As far as VHS era of WWE documentaries, the Hard Knock & Cheap Pops w/ Mick Foley was probably my favorite

One of the few things in my physical media collection that I won’t ever get rid of just because of all the bonus stuff in each DVD/Blu-ray set.

Rise & fall of ecw has to get a mention. Fab 4 was a pretty cool one for 1997 as well

Crazy, I just started watching all the wrestling docs again a few days ago. I thought there would be a lot more on peacock since I last watched everything. Barely anything new. Come on people make more damn docs! So many old and newer wrestlers and topics to cover still….WATCH THE “ANGLE” DOC! Holy shit……like holy shit!
