Thanks for the video, Shannon. My family and I were fortunate enough to stay in Star Loft Suite #1720 aboard Symphony of the Seas in February of 2020 (about 3 weeks before all heck broke loose). You mentioned in the video that the balcony overlooks the Boardwalk area which it does but in addition to the Boardwalk area, it also directly overlooks the miniature golf course and provides a great view of the Flowriders, zipline, and basketball court. The side of the balcony does overlook the ocean so you actually get the both of best worlds with that balcony (ocean and ship). I'm assuming it's the same layout on Oasis but I can't speak from experience unfortunately. Keep the videos coming!

Thanks for that insight. Having never stayed in one, my information can sometimes be incorrect. We also cruised in February 2020 on DCL. Crazy to think we cruised in 2020

Hello Shannon, thank you for making this video. We are considering Harmony of the Seas for 2023. Oasis of the Seas is also on the table. This would be our first time on Royal Caribbean.

We are huge fans of Royal. We are Diamond status. Going on Freedom this weekend and Odyssey in March. But the Oasis class is my favorite

Great video. Do you have any idea whether there are issues with noise traveling to the 2 bedroom suites that are connected to a balcony?
I’m going to be on symphony in May and 11629 in Central Park was the last double wide balcony left and I scooped it right up! I’m so excited. First time on symphony! But there are inside state rooms next to those double wide rooms.. at least it shows an inside room on royals site… not a crew area. But who knows.. I’m just excited for the balcony

I should be working on Symphony and Harmony soon. Life has just gotten in the way LOL. But those double wide balconies look amazing.
The one bedroom Aqua suites , you mention the height in the bathroom , that has changed .. they took out the bathtubs and replaced them with a spacious walk in shower .. so there is no longer a height problem .. with the tubs yes there was ..

We are booked for 2025 and 4 rooms apart deck 6 and one is Hdcp accessible for my mom. Mine is connecting but locked because the connected rm was already booked which is hdcp accessible and we cant get it for our mom. What is your thoughts? on area and rooms interior wise no windows. First timers Oasis!

I like deck 6. I’d keep it and just keep looking to see if the other connecting room opens up.

@ShannonFord ty!!! Appreciate your input. 1st cruise for the family. Otherwise our agent booked it and said its a great deal 600 off 2nd person in cabin, first person 1650. And taxes. Ins. So 8 night eastern Caribbean.

Hi Shannon. Thank you for the video. Please help me decide between ultraspacious oceanview 11128 on the Oasis or two connecting interior central park view on deck 9 midship for my family of 4. We have 2 girls ages 5 and 9. Which one would you choose?

So, I would probably choose the ultra spacious. Especially that one, it’s the best one of the bunch. Including walk in closet. You could also try to “RoyalUp”. However, with 2 connecting staterooms you will get 2 bathrooms. To me that would be the benefit of the 2 staterooms.

I can't know for sure, but I think the rescue boats are lower on the Oasis. So maybe below you, but not in front of you and obstructed.
