You can but 1) it will never be as good as a container candle 2) the FO will stay in the silicon of the mold

In my opinion no, it’s a waste of money on your side and scent damage the mould.

Yes you can, however do not expect a “proper” hot throw from them as the way they burn will prevent a melt pool to create.

Hi , I’m currently making container candles with CB advanced wax .. my question is what temperature you melt the wax to , add fragrance and pour ? I’m having difficulties getting it right

Hello, i usually melt to 75, add fragrance around 65/68 and pour straight after mixing around 62.

Hello, I have just started my candle project, but I am facing some problems when the wax hardens and I remove it from the mold, I find on the colored wax a layer of whiteness or impurities even though the mold is added and the wax is raw and good quality

Hello, With a pillar wax you can make both wax melt and mouled candles. A container wax is only for candles in a jar

Hello! Welcome aboard! The answer is it depends 😊 each candle will require a different wick depending on their size. So you will to test, test, test and test again.

I heard kerax bought ecosoya pillar waxes an it’s basically the same thing! eco is in the US but it’s hard to find the kerax here

Hello, great information! I want to make container candle with flower candle on top. I’m thinking what wax I need use for flower candle, because it will go in jar, and in the end will mix with container wax. Possible to use different wax in one container? Pillar and container

Thank you for sharing good information for beginner. I hope I can be the one like you one day. 😊 I just started candle business. I am making molded candle with fragrance oil. But when I burn them it is not smell strong at all. Can not even smell any scent in the room. When you make your mold or pillar candle do you add the fragrance or not at all? Will you recommend anything for me to fix my problem? Also soy pillar wax need cure time? I can not sell if the candle is not having hot throw while it is burning.

Thank you 😊 Mine are all unscented. Pillar candles are not great at throwing scent because they do not have a melt pool big enough since the wax tend to drip.

I personally wouldn’t sell them scented if you know you can’t make it work.

I'm currently starting my own candle business, but when I try to make the bubble candle with the same soy wax you mentioned, it produces a lot of white flaky frost, and I'm not sure why. Do you have any tips or recommendations?

Frost is a very common reaction with natural wax but it doesn’t “flake” it is an appearance think. Not sure I understand what you mean by “flaky”

Hello Dear. Could you guide me on what is the biggest difference between the 4120 and Ecosoya Pillar Blend? I am trying to find some information but I don't seem to be finding it. Well. For me, the biggest difference is that with Ecosoya I get a lot of sink holes. With 4120 or does not happen at all. Why does it happen? I've tried to pour at higher and lower temperatures and lower temp does help with reducing sink holes but it does not stop it completely. Any advice? :)

Hello, same here 😃 I only use ecosoya pillar for my taper candles because the colour is better (in my opinion). The only sink hole fix is a multiple pour.
