Thank you for your continued response to this wonderful cover by Dan. Davi Vasc is Dan's younger brother on bass guitar and Gabriel Belozi is the other guitarist. They belong to his band Fearless. Dan's vocal ability and presence are unique and mesmerizing. Thank you for sharing

Dan’s version of Smooth Criminal is TOTAL FIRE!!! Absolutely outrageously fantabulous arrangement! The musicianship and artistry in this is flaming HOT!!! I believe Michael up in heaven would give his complete approval….and that says a LOT about what these dudes have accomplished in this!!! When I first heard this 👏🏼🔥🔥❤️😁🇧🇷🤗I was smiling and so very impressed! (I still smile😁) Michael isn’t easy to sing to, but of course, Dan NAILS IT!!! Loved your joy watching this, brother! 🤗👏🏼

Davi is Dan’s younger brother. Gabriel is his childhood friend. Both of them are in the band Fearless with Dan.

I'm so glad you loved this so much! We all have our different favorites - there's so much to love! I like this mostly because he's joined by his bandmates for the instrumentals. I agree with those who think the song is creepy, and I've never liked it, but Dan's voice and Dan's singing and Dan's energy make it a compelling performance. If you haven't yet played Dawn of Victory, I hope you will soon. It's Dan and the rest of his band Fearless: his brother Davi on bass, and friends Gabriel on guitar, and Gio on drums. They're all terrific musicians. (They were also on this one, but not as Fearless.) They host Fabio Leone, the song's original singer, in a great performance. Thanks!

I’m almost speechless that you’re playing Dan’s Michael Jackson cover right after Dan’s cover of Linkin Park’s Numb.🥲 Michael Jackson was my first live concert ever! I saw him in 1988, with my best friend who took his own life later that same year. It’s somewhat cathartic and comforting to hear/see this song right after ‘Numb’. I don’t believe in coincidences. This was special to me, thank you for this.🙏 Yes, Dan can even cover Michael Jackson perfectly!!🙌

Not sure I like the song (somewhat creepy lyrics), but I like the energy in this cover of it.

I enjoyed your reaction to this particular cover, as I have with many others. It's always fun to see what Daniel can do with any number especially those that are not of the metal or heavier rock genres. Just a heads up, Dan's brother's name is pronounced "Dah-vee" not Davey,,, this video is one that has an outro introducing the boys, giving a little insight into both, e.g. Davi is a video game music composer and producer,,, and shows the boys just goofing around for a couple of seconds having fun and being "weirdos too"... Dan often refers to himself as a weirdo. Whether he is or not, we really dig him anyway...😁 🫂🥰 🙃🐨🇦🇺

I have always found this song to be pretty gruesome and creepy. Supposedly it is about Richard Ramirez, aka The Night Stalker. That being said.....Damn! Dan does a great job with it! (You missed the cool outro where Dan introduces his guitar players.)

Hated this song by Michael Jackson, though I liked plenty of his other stuff. Love it by Dan, Davi(Dan's younger brother)' and their good friend Gabriel. It was a good reaction; would have been elevated to the "great" tier if only you'd played the outro on this one. I guess I'll just go listen to the video on Dan's channel. Please 🙏 always play the outros, though, and please keep the reactions coming!
