Cheers, Blob! It’s a new feature KZread is rolling out automatically! You’re the first person to notice actually 👍 I believe KZread uses the captions info to know when the creator is talking about the like button, and will animate it at the appropriate time 😁 Pretty cool, right?

@@goatreviews When I look at it on Amazon, it seems that you connect the USB on top of a USB-C port, then connect it to your laptop.

@@AutoVA86 Ah yes! I see. It’s a USB-C cable with a USB adapter to connect to a PC. 👌 I have just connected the USB-C cable directly into my iPhone 15, and tested it for you. The mic is working great! Including the mute button and all. Hope this helps 🙏

Oh man! I'm sorry to hear that, Loafy! 😢 Are you connected to a Desktop Computer, with a USB-C cable? I also have my gain knob cranked up to max. That's my setup, and so far my friends have been impressed with the improved quality of my audio! 👌

How long is the cable to connect the mic to the MacBook?

Hi Aurora, I don't own a PS4 to test mine on, but I did a bit of searching for you. You may be aware that the feature you're referring to is "Audio Monitoring" where it plays it back when you're wearing a headset through the microphone. I believe this is intended behavior, thought it seems it CAN be disabled when used on PC (through the Playback Tab in 'Sounds'). I didn't see anything from anyone who found a way to configure this on a console. You may be able to reach out to Maono for support directly, they are a really friendly bunch! Hope this helps 🙏

Hmmm, is the MAONO definitely being detected by the phone?… Or is there a chance the normal “phone microphone” is being used for your videos? I don’t know much about Android phones I’m afraid. Have you considered reaching out to MAONO Customer Support?

Yes it is, Akame! I love using mine for Discord. It was such a huge improvement from my last mic 🤩 I love being able to clearly know when I’m muted or not, and then tuck the mic away with the mounting arm when not in use.
