Best product I ever used for towing. RAS is the first thing I put on my 2016 F150. My wife even noticed how well it towed after I put them on. Thanks guys keep up the great vids.

Had them on 2020 with max tow for 1 yr. Only difference when not towing is over rough railroad tracks, improved side to side body roll and head toss. Towing-big difference pulling 32ft travel trailer, same reasons you mentioned.

"RAS". We just got a 5300lb Travel trailer for family camping and these seem like they would help the ride of our 2019 so much. We are within weights but I feel like this could improve stability and safety. Thanks for doing this giveaway and the real world testing. Take care guys.

Those are cool!!! We go all over the U S with our camper behind us!!! Made a weight sway hitch toss that sway bar in the shop I don't need it anymore!! Like what ya have on your pickup!! Like how you say ride is good!! Oh on my Chevy Pickup i turned the head of tongue jack sideways so i can open the trail gate when hooked up to camper!! Its real easy to do the holes are already there to turn the head!! Don't have to turn whole jack just the head!! Have fun out there!!!

I got the exact same Falcon shocks set up with RAS on my 21 Lariat Powerboost after watching both of your videos. I’m so happy that I went with this set up and it was exactly what I was looking for in ride and tow quality. Keep up the awesome videos!

"RAS" Ive put these on my last two trucks and swear by them. I tow a large TT with my F350 and they helped a lot. I recommend them to everyone.

Hallelujah, Guys!! Excellent review! In fact, this is the best video on this subject that I have seen on youtube, so far, and I have been searching diligently on this subject for the last 3 months, afraid to actually pull the trigger on purchasing any particular product, though. Like you mentioned, so many gimmicks and less than spectacular products out there. I have a 2005 2WD 4.6L F-150 SUPER CAB (with only 72K original miles) that has a maximum tow capacity of 6800 lbs, which is fine for my purposes. I just want to be able to tow a 5800 lb custom enclosed Cargo trailer, no more than 250 miles each way, about 4 times a year. Stock, the way it is now, won't cut it. All I want to do is beef up my stock truck so that it can more easily and safely pull the maximum weight that this truck is rated to pull...no more. So, after watching this video, I'm thinking just a great set of Bilstein shocks (I can't afford those Falcon's that you have), the Roadmaster Active Suspension system, a $200 +/- level kit, and a good weight distribution system should cut it. Would it also be worth it to add a better bump stop with these improvements, as well? Thank you boys (said with respect) for posting this video. Viewed, liked, and subscribed!

I'd be interested to see what your thoughts are on the Hellwig helper springs. I installed them on a previous gen F150. They improved the squat greatly when towing, but the ride is definitely firmer and almost jarring when empty. I think that is partially due to the way they have to be installed on my truck. In the directions, you are not supposed to torque down the clamps at the outer most points where they mount to the stock leaf springs, which would make the empty ride better, as you would not be putting much pressure on the stock leafs. But I discovered (ask me how) that if you don't torque them down, the helper springs contact the frame when you have a heavy load on them. I contacted the Hellwig and they confirmed they need to be torqued down due to clearance issues, but I am wondering if that problem has been cured with the current gen F150. Good review of the RAS!

Been using RAS for over 10 years on multiple F-150's towing two Airstreams 1st 26' and now a 28', I have towed all over America. They are the best! Next week installing the set I took off my 2018 trade on my new 2021 F-150 4X4 Hybird Limited. On the F-150's I have owned since 2010 till present, some had Max tow and some did not, they were all 4X4 and like on my limited where MaxTow is NOT an option RAS will be very much welcomed for towing. When towing and as well solo, RAS gives a solid "race car" feel by almost eliminating body roll while cornering. In Love for over a decade. Highly recommend

Hey, how do you still like your powerboost? I'm looking at getting a 2021 powerboost hybrid and I have a camper that's about 7,800lb loaded. I was worried about fuel mpg towing that weight. I'm hoping it gets better Than 11 mpg. I'm also thinking about a new f250 diesel tremor. Any information would be great. Thank you.

My 2021 F 150 is leveled, and I’m worried that the roadmaster springs would lift the back when the truck is not loaded. That would defeat the point of the leveling kit. At that point it makes more sense to remove the leveling kit as opposed to lifting the back.

RAS all the way great job as always guys. I also just got my 21 f150

"RAS" - I bought the HD for my 2015 F150. Absolutely a big improvement on my 6 year old truck. Biggest thing I noticed without load was it eliminated wheel hop. Under load while towing was the icing on the cake. So glad I spent the extra on the HD version for my camper. Great channel guys!

Do you use a weight distribution hitch also? What shim did you set yours to?

@@stangindude99 I used the thicker shim. You can always start with the smaller shim and adjust it up or down. I do use a weight distribution hitch.

It absolutely still helps. Getting a few hundred pounds off of the hitch and helping to keep the rear end higher doesn't hurt at all. The spring rate under load is still increased and helps keep the load more stable and controllable. A weight distribution hitch should be used in conjunction with the RAS if possible.

I just git my 2021 Larait Powerboist and plan on towing a 18 ft trailet loaded to 9500 lb.going to look into this product.Thanks
