Easy enough to build it yourself for 50k!! How? Do your research, builders often sell over surplus of items, dirt cheap.

Absolutely beautiful home but I can’t help thinking that the deck needs to fully abut the house, not be so far away from it.

Now that’s a balcony! 😉 That turned out great! Seriously one of the best layouts for a tiny I’ve seen. However no toilet is weird. I noticed that in the previous video and thought maybe it was hidden under the sink, and can be pulled out when needed. That would be awesome! (Seen that before) Also might flip-flop the layout a bit, so the extra room was on the other side. Make a side sliding door to have access to the bathroom and rest of the house without going outside. Keep the balcony on that side still, but add a spiral staircase for easy access between the levels. This is giving me great ideas! Wish this was in the states at the tiny house expo this coming weekend. 🤗

thanks trish thanks for your comment toilet goes between the vanity and the shower. with so many to choose from we leave that up the to customer to select the extra room was done for a customer as an office that they wanted separate from the house but the door with access for the bathroom is possible

Beautiful but too big for me . 😂😂😂😂 The deck and balcony is gorgeous. Love all of the light from the windows. I really like the decor!!!! The back door is fantastic!!

Love this home design, I would have both bedrooms upstairs and the living room downstairs. but the possibilities are nice. I love the standup loft.

Nicest "tiny" house design I've seen so far. The only thing I didn't care for was the spare/guest bedroom on the lower deck. Whoever sleeps in there will have a hard time if they need to use the toilet during the night. Unless you leave the door unlocked which isn't great for safety reasons. The only option would be to give that person a key to unlock the door so they can get into the main house & bathroom. So it's not very practical in that sense. I would convert that room into a home office, a large dining room, or "playroom" since the kids' bedroom is pretty small & doesn't have much space for toys, books, etc.

This Tiny house is absolutely gorgeous I love both levels but I have a question about the bedroom out by the deck, are you not able to access it without going outside 🤔

The bedroom out on the deck is not accessible from the main Tiny house because it is on a separate trailer if that makes sense

Love this tiny house! Is the AC reverse cycle? I'm assuming that the higher cost includes the installed appliances and TV's??

I would assume reverse cycle if it's climatic in different areas in the house. Would have to confirm with Greg the builder. Costs are listed in the description, I think does include installed appliances like TVs

The price is insane, there is a sucker born every minute. Thing is that suckers with this kind of money are not dumb.

The cost of housing in Australia is insane. I paid nearly 200K for an old 3 bed, 2 bath house in a small 'city' 20 years ago. 2 years ago it was apparently sold for $460K.

Great house til you get to the kitchen. Work goes from fridge to sink to stove or oven . Never put an appliance making things cold next ti an appliance getting hot

thanks holly this design starts at 165k we switch out things like the front door and will save u 5k alone , glass splashbacks @ 3k , u wont get a 2.5k dishwasher , 15k smart ducted ac, 1k shower head , fancy bench tops , $800 pendant light , stone sinks ect ect

If you could focus your camera, not sway around so fast, it would be much easier to appreciate the house!

Nice house but not to smart to have a big gap between house and decks, that is a broken leg waiting to happen, especially if one is having cocktails.

This is just how the trailers were set up when I visited the builder recently. This can be adjusted with no gaps if that helps. Yes cocktails would be epic on sunset!

Really super interested in this while thing being remade for others, because I'm sure it woll get sold fast, and i would want to have it built, brought to, moved, delivered, or however you want to say it decks and all), etc. to South Carolina, but not ready to purchase today...can more be made?

Fabulous home, who wouldn’t want it !! I think it’s the best layout I’ve seen, bravo Camera work was awful though, you would be better getting a more professional presentation if you’re going to be selling the homes in this price range. Sorry but it’s true

My builder sent me pics of the plumbing recently and it's all looking pretty good, hard work for the number to set up the pipes underneath but it's all good!

There was no toilet, the builder wanted to leave it till the new owner decided on what toilet they wanted. House is now sold!

This house is really nice and roomy. My concern is that the decks are about 3 to 4 inches away from the house and what if you walk out forgetting about the gap between the house and the deck?

When the trailers are set up properly there is no gap. This is just how Greg the builder had it set up on their property when I visited recently. Hope that makes sense ☺️

Oh great spotting! There is actually no toilet, that's something the owner would need to sort out themselves. For my model I have purchased a Green Loo (composting toilet)

Starts at AU$165, 000. Very hard to find a two bedroom apartment in Australia for that - have to go somewhere rural and remote.

I paid $110k AUD then add more for transport solar home set up... $18k Oops sorry that's how much I paid for my own tiny lol... This one was high spec everything and had internal ducted air con, I think sold to someone at like $170k AUD

Many wonderful features; but some serious shortcomings: no toilet, no dishwasher, no laundry, needs more storage, little privacy from the outside- like living in a fishbowl.

The laundry looks great in my opinion to most tinys as there is a linen cupboard/ broom closet, bench for washing basket and front load washer kzread.info/dash/bejne/aYKBxLCxgce8f6w.html more storage .... im looking at this with full size bedroom wardrobes and kitchen bigger then most 2 bed units!! this has huge amounts of space, including the storage under the lounge step !! well done to the builder of this home!! it would have to be the best tiny home i have seen yet

Thought it was just me😑 completely skipped how he got to the second floor.

Pull back and show wider views. Everything is too close up. Less narrative would be better too. Also, if you’re the one that’s going to be doing these, you could groom a little bit better and sloppy T-shirts are for other people if you’re going to show something nice, you should look nice and not like a bum.

1. agree 2. not interested (I'm European : )* 3. not interested 4. you can actually stand, not me (I've no idea how tall you are) 5. good idea-but does not let the winter sunshine in * it's really funny to have a black house and complaining about hot summers : D nice house anyway : )
