This is the best tiny house I have ever seen. I'm a 20 year old and I'm saving for my own tiny house and it shouldn't be long before I start looking for builders. Please keep this floor plan because this is in my near future.

Most tiny homes come on wheels for the sole purpose of transporting them to their destination. If your tiny home doesn't have wheels, you probably bought a shed from Home Depot.

Still the best lay out for a tiny home that I've seen. Looks livable and comfortable.

My trailer park neighbors would be jealous !

American Capitalists have learned absolutely NOTHING about quality or function in housing since the 1890's...Bigger is better just so the can justify higher prices... 200 sqft per person with 9' minimum head room is optimal for economy and comfort my eight year research has shown me. Oddly it also showed me a couple should have 1.5 bathrooms as well....

That is beautiful, well built but if I would consider it, I would need a washer and dryer.

That is a really beautiful tiny home combining the kitchen with a nice dining area features. Love it.

These are the best tiny houses I've seen, yet out of my price range. Expensive tiny houses defeats the purpose of getting a tiny house + you have to buy the land to put it on. One might as well get a regular house for what you'd pay for a tiny house and the land to put it on.

It's absolutely gorgeous. Love the colors. The rooms are so large. ❤

I don't get why everyone is so mad that this is so big? It's still significantly smaller than a typical 2BR house, and for $75k, it's much nicer than the dumpster of a house that you could buy for the same price. I personally love the idea of living in a tiny house, but I don't think that those ultra compact 16ft houses would be sustainable for me. This is a great balance between minimizing your lifestyle while maintaining quality and comfort. Just because it's not your cup of tea doesn't mean it's wrong.

This isn't a tiny home. It's a single-wide trailer home. This unit does not emphasize utilization/maximization of space. Please stop trying to re-brand trailer homes into tiny homes. It's a nice looking trailer home. Period.

A single wide mobile home is between 600 and 1300 square feet. This is 300 square feet. It’s a tiny home

It is not large enough to be a trailer home -it’s aesthetics make it appear larger than it is.. & there’s nothing wrong with re-branding trailer homes either -they need Re-branding -ppl who live in trailer parks are always shamed & ppl should stop home shaming and let ppl live how and where they are able

Indigo Nai The homes are garbage & end up rotting away. I would never stigmatize somebody for not having money. The fact remains that these are way to expensive for what they are. True tiny houses on wheels are built like a regular home with drywall not bead board.

check out Incredible Tiny Homes in Tennessee. They start out @ $25,000.00 w/a lot of extras included in that price. Can't hurt to check them out. They have a KZread channel, Facebook, & website. Randy Jones builds COSTUME HOMES to what you want, your design. They do a KZread video every day, 5 days a week. He has also started a tiny home cummitaty. A very nicely done “tiny house”. At almost 400 sq. ft it is one of the larger ones. I am still chuckling on his comment about storage/sleeping in the upper loft: “You could store your grandkids up here”. I guess you could “store” them until it was convenient to take them out of “storage” & play with them? 😂😂

Definitely a tremendous buy! THANK YOU for the tour! Explained soooooo much! Especially about the under-carriage being pressure-treated to prevent rusting which I had wondered why no one ever speaks of that. OMG, Luv the STORAGE immensely! Luv the drop down! Luv the upper loft/bdrm/hm ofc/guest bdrm/.... WOW! Now, not one that desires high-end finishes more than LOWEST COST ATTAINABLE without sacrificing common sense logic and reasoning of course!

I love the layout, very practical. However, I prefer hardwood floors, no carpet! Beautiful tiny home!!!

@@revmcl1 Friend of mine bought a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, full basement, oversized 2 car detached garage - all in move in condition - on an acre of land for $80k in western PA last year; taxes: $900. You buy something like this - first there is the shipping cost, then the land, then the septic, well, and electricity hook up - that could easily put you well into the mid $100k range. No mention of the insulation value of this home. It looks beautiful - now - but economically built (when he zooms into the corners - trailer house like). In 5 years it will look really tired and probably need a lot of maintenance due to leakage - similar to a low-end RV, I'm guessing. But it would be nice to have as an in-law/guest house - if the existing septic allowed. Still, it is a nice layout!

Love the kitchen & dining room. Love the loft space, love the full size fridge. Love the railing for the staircase & loft space. I would want a washer/dryer in mine though. I wish they would include storage in the staircase, I would skip the carpet on the stairs & in the loft area. I wish they would have a stand up tub /shower combo. Moving furniture around & climbing stairs makes your body tired.

I really like that model tiny home. The down stairs bedroom, absolutely loved that, and the dinning surround counter. I like the color, with some adjustments, and that sturdy stair handrail. Very nice overall. Oh, plenty of storage. Going tiny is cool, but some people still need storage.

Send me one to Utah...Love it!!! My dad got a heart transplant in Salt Lake City in 2005 and got his heart from a man in Spokane so when you mentioned that was in Spokane that was really touching it’s beautiful❤️
