you missed the alabama safari animal park where you can drive through to see and feed the animals , also the new montgomery White water park, Jasmine hills botanical gardens, The lake martin area for boating, fishing, swimming, Crater park in wetumpka, Wellborn car museum, Hank williams museum , wind creek casinos and much more
Hyundai plant tours. A cruise up the Alabama River on our Harriett II sight seeing tour. Many public golf courses at very reasonable rates. In Cloverdale, many boutique restaurants and pubs. The weather. Bone chilling cold rarely happens here. The Performing Arts Center has world class entertainment all year around. Friendly people.

I’m from Ireland and I only found out a few years ago that the city was named after an Irishman, Richard Montgomery, who had fought in the American Revolutionary War. 😃

That Makes Sense, because There Are A Lot Of People With Irish Ancestry In Montgomery Alabama To.
If you like rude drivers , road rage, the smell of skunk weed, panhandlers everywhere, and litter all over the place , then by all means come to Montgomery. The best 2 things to come out of Montgomery are I-65 and I-85. It's a dump.

You forgot constant shootings. Eastdale mall got shot up last week. I hate it here and moving soon, this place is horrible unless you like crime.
