I don't what's better. The hand gesture that she uses, the absolute confidence that she says it with, or the fact that she apparently thought that using the word "Penis" would make the statement any clearer.

@@VeRG1L_47 For some reason there is a large sect of critical role fans that just hate on Marisha. The first season I think a lot of people thought she WAS her character: dingy, lost and whiny. Then is season two she showed everyone that it was all her character and she was capable of being much more. However, people already had their heels dug in and still continue to bash her for even the mildest and, in this case, amusing of offenses.

@@tattoodude8946 I watched the Vox Machina campaign after the Mighty Nein and I still found Keyleth to be completely insufferable without knowing that was a common thing. But I agree with you about the heel dug. After a certain point when you cannot stomach a single sentence produced by her it's hard to appreciate even this penis joke. While I'm sure if Grog or even Scanlan did it, I would find it amusing. Confirmation bias is a bitch. UPD: I was rewatching the episodes with Taryon, and my god she is fucking obnoxious in the first campaign. Both Marisha and Keyleth. Her decision making is terrible. Her understanding of the game mechanics and the ability to make use of them is non fucking existent. She cannot pay any attention to what Matt says, flying somewhere up there in the cuckooland. She displays no sign of intelligence whatsoever. All I can see - some fucking gestures instead of a grownass woman asked to make a decision.

@@tattoodude8946 She's a pretty girl and she plays a mildly annoying and extremely awkward character very well. Of *course* the internet hates on her. And once people started building up the hate, naturally more people jumped on the bandwagon because that's all they're good for: following others.

One reason I'm loving campaign 3. In C1, Sam was the comedic one, with Travis getting to within a certain scope of "big & dumb". In C2 it was Sam and Laura. In C3, it's Marisha, Ashley, and Travis (in a much freeer sense than Grog). And seeing them cut loose & consistently flex their comedic muscles is so great.

Taliesin just died. Right there on the spot.

Tali in ME1 maybe. Like Keyleth, they’re both on a kind of journey to prove that they’re ready to be a full member of their societies/lead their society, but I don’t think Tali is naive. She’s savvy enough to contact the Shadow Broker about the information she found from the Geth regarding Saren’s attack on Eden Prime and prepared for the eventuality that she might be double-crossed. Keyleth is a skilled druid although she often doubts herself; Tali is a brilliant mechanic and doesn’t doubt herself. In ME1 Tali is socially awkward and for me is cute in a “little sister” kind of way. One of the reasons I don’t romance her in ME2

Keyleth was such a gift.

pretty sure his point was "the only good thing keyleth has ever said" she's incredibly annoying and bad over the course of the series, but recent episodes she has been a bit better. still tries to steal the spotlight from other people all the time though.
