mine didnt come with the bridge or the batteries... australia always get ripped off like that... trying to find the bridge by itself looks impossible and clearly not compatible off the shelf with my outlets

Not sure if you found one but I got one from digitec down in melbourne, he actually modifys the original Wifi module into an Australian applicable one. I just got one today with other ultraloq stuff. So good!

Gross Technology I would love that! I love your energy and need that in a video reviewing this product in operation so I can show my sister and convince her to have it in her house (I’m thinking of gifting it to her)!

Do you know of a door lock where you could neutralize the smart system when you want to use it without electricity like some people who observe the Sabbath without electricity . I have looked at many of these types of locks but I couldn't find one that became a dumb lock on command .Do you know any lock like that ?

So you want to have it be a smart lock for the week like normal, then on one day have it be a dumb one?

hello the Ultraloq UL300 can neutralize the smart system. so you have to use a key to open the door

Yes if you want to not setup the rest of the features, you can just use the key. But again, why spend the money on a smart lock and not use the features?

Direction of the lock should be able to change but it's not.... Left or right doesn't change;(

Then it’s a defect, you’d need to reach out to them, they will take care of that. Good customer support from what I’ve had to deal with them.
