Some people spend thousands of dollars going deer hunting, bass fishing , hitting little round white balls and do not make any money . It is just an outside activity that they enjoy . Prospecting is the same thing , just an outdoor activity .

Love the Keene A52, I haven't tried out the new A52S. The Keene A52 has been the standard for years and is a fine Sluice for anyone, just the way it is. Now like others, I have tried various mats in it like the Infinity VDR mat and Ribbed Mat but when using these mats you have to be sure to classifie at least down to 1/2" or smaller, or the larger rocks will interrupt the flow and cause gold to move down the sluice and eventually out the end. Now for the ribbed mat under the miners moss that will not work as the ribbed mat needs that flow of water over the top to create that low pressure zone to catch the fine gold. I enjoyed your video. I got the mini for 110 dollars but, as you said. Highly recommended, love how nice it catches small gold. Might replace mat with miners mat. But besides that I'm designing a cheap classifier to install on the front. So far I have not seen anything online that looks like what I'm doing. Cool River Box! Keep Rockin brother!

1) did you ever put the deep V groove mat and miners moss in it If so how did it compared to the stock setup 2) With the deep V groove mat & miners moss set up did you use the riffles on top ,Im fairly new to running Sluice box ,I built a homemade one out of wood with Deep v groove mat miners moss Great video ...Just subscribed
A guy or gal can get more done with the Gold-Claw Production Pan than with most of these smaller sluice boxes on the Market.

I buy any brand miner moss off ebay. The cheapest listing available. I some reason prefer grey but green or blue would work just as well. V MAT! EBAY royal manufacturing on there sells it. Best deal is to buy 2 rolls because shipping is kinda steep. You can order directly from royal manufacturing website however there automatic set shipping it outrages. You can get 2 rolls for around $40 to the door on ebay through them. What part oh ohio are you in? Let's go prospecting!

I’m not currently a member of any prospecting clubs(considering joining one in the future) and not originally from Ohio so I don’t know many people or places to go. What part of Ohio are you in?
