I like the Estée Lauder one. Can’t imagine using a foundation with out a moisturizer first. Your foundation always looks good!

Great video! One of my favorite foundations is also the It Cosmetics Your Skin but Better with the CT setting spray! Actually, that’s the foundation I am wearing today.. My #1 foundation is the Rare Beauty foundation, that one wears for about 8+ hours on me without setting it.. I have normal/dry skin and it always stays looking very nice… ❤️

Your foundation always looks flawless! That said, my holy grail is the EL Doublewear in Fresco! I don’t know what the problem is with your skin, but it is perfect for mine! But still, you have certainly given me some ideas on other products I might want to try! Thanks for another great video!!!

You said I me too! All these influences have beautiful skin already, I have acne scars brown spots and orange peel texture!!!

I struggle wearing foundation in very humid east Texas. I am 61 and a freckle face. So it's hard to cover and stay on. Usually I don't both. I did change the way a apply eye shadow to add brightening to my lid, and my husband actually noticed. Said my eyes were sparkly. Thanks for all your help.

Boy did I NEED this one!!! I have the hardest time knowing what foundation to get!! I have yellow undertones in my skin too, so I feel like any off these would work...but I am super excited to try the Bare Minerals one! Yes, many times I have noticed your skin looking extra smooth, and I bet it is when you are wearing that one...Love your whole look today...as usual!! Just said goodbye, this past Sunday to all my Out Of State kiddos...we had sooo much fun all week!! So, since I am feeling a little down in the dumps, I think I need a "pick me up trip" to ULTA...LOL...Thanks for the great tips! I ALWAYS enjoy what you put on! I have just subscribed, thanks for so much great info. I am 58, my skin issues mirror yours, but I also have rosacea, vitiligo, and extreme sensitivity. Do you have a vlog about super sensitive skin products for mature skin? I am currently using It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better illumination in medium, but I would love a more matte smooth finish. It is so hard to risk trying a new line due to my skin’s reaction. Thanks again for your vlog, I love it.

So happy to know that!!🥰 I’m working on some help for disappearing eyeshadow and eyeliner so I’ve been really paying close attention to primers lately. The Thrive Causemetics Eye Lift 360 Waterproof Eye Primer is scoring really high and it’s the only one that claims to be “waterproof”! Next would probably be the Smashbox 24 Hr Photo Finish Primer which boasts to be sweat and humidity resistant.

Hi Precious Sharalee….great video….I’m using Tarte Clay which is great for me I just need to remember to not be too heavy handed with it….I was remembered to me at Mecca Mania …do You have this store in America …it’s big here like Sephora…have You ever tried Laura Gellar Baked items or Seint?? Just wondering as I’ve looked a lot at them…I can’t buy Seint here & they don’t sell to Australia… I’m just looking at makeups that are maybe easier to apply…. I’d say between the BK Beauty 101 and Sedona Lace 520, I prefer the BK Beauty one more. But I have and love basically the whole set of Sedona Lace brushes…they are great too! My favorite blotting powder is the BECCA Hydra Mist Set and Refresh….boy am I going to miss that one when it’s discontinued!😢 I’ve also found the e.l.f. HD pressed powder and the BareMinerals Original Mineral Veil to be great blotting powders as well. Neither have any coverage so they don’t look cake-y.

Enjoyed the review…..does the KVD foundation have any fragrance/scent ? Either they are changing the foundation or discontinuing it….Ulta has just a few colors left, but a better selection at the KVD website……

There’s no added fragrance and I’ve never noticed a scent so I just went and sniffed my KVD foundations😆 When I get my nose super close, I can detect a slight “makeup-y” scent but it is so light and dissipates almost immediately when applied. I’m hoping maybe they are just changing packaging or something because it is SO good! Snag it while you can at 50% off on the KVD website!

With foundations how to you apply to your face? Do you put foundation directly on the brush and then blend? Or do you dab foundation on your skin and then blend with your brush? Thank you.

Good question! Typically, I put a little foundation on a plastic paint palette (a cheap one from Hobby Lobby),dab a little on my face with my fingers then blend out with a brush or sponge. I feel like this gives me the most control so I don't get too much on the brush😘

The foundation you have on today is a perfect color - your face matches your neck and below.

With the Bare Minerals foundation, you skip primer, right?
