How to make and preserve a delicious fruit jam. In this episode, I will show you an easy and simple way to do it.
2 ingredients and less than an hour is all it takes to make this low sugar apricot jam. Plus, there is no pectin added. It's delicious! Use it on cakes and with toast or simply put it into yogurt.
Apricots provide the greatest color and the best sweet & sour taste among many fruits as I consider. Now they are in season. I will definitely give it a go!

Sorry to hear what it turned out. This recipe is no pectin and less sugar, which are two main ingredients to hold the jam. If the cooking time wasn't long enough, the jam won't set. That's why doing the consistency test is crucial. Hope that helps!
