I've tried countless pizza recipes found on KZread, but this is the BEST by far. Not just because its quick and easy, but also the flavour, fluffy dough and crispy crust is truly next level. Could easily pass for a takeaway pizza. Thank you!!!

I'm from NY and moved a few thousand miles away about 3 years ago. I love where i live now but miss the pizza, i have been trying for the past three years to make NY style pizza without success , i hear its all about the water which i obviously don't have plus I'm at a high altitude disadvantage. Well i know your Sicilian recipe isn't NY style but i loved Sicilian pizza growing up in NY, and you nailed it, thank you for giving me a big thick fluffy slice of happiness and nostalgia. Nice fluffy crust with a crispy crunch bottom, i can't wait to share it with my family now that i learned it from you.

Best and most easy recipe Thank you

I baked this sfincione last week and the bread was unbelievably good. The crunch and aroma of the crust and the soft cotton like crumb was so delicious. We are vegetarian so I topped it with onions, green peppers and olives with a thyme flavored sauce and I covered it with herbed bread crumbs. I am making it again today with a spiced potato flakes topping to add to the crunch. Hope it works out.🤞 Thank you Bincy for this wonderful pizza recipe.

We are a big bunch of people in my family, so I tripled all of the ingredients in order to make at least 2 jumbo size pizzas. My oven trays are twice the size of yours. Made this dough last night for Friday Pizza night at our home. It was wonderful! Light, fluffy and crispy on the bottom. Thank you for this easy to make dough. We will be eating this often.

I just made this on a round 30cm pizza pan. I did half recipe as I didn't want it as thick. This suited my Chinese girlfriend as she prefers soft bread (as most Asian people do). This is a great recipe as it only takes 2 hours total to make the dough compared to 5-8+ hours for regular pizza dough. Big thumbs up.

oh my word, I've used this recipe with Winco bulk bread flower about 7 times now. now being from NY this recipe with the right flower is better then a lot of pizzerias. my doe is always firmer then hers but it comes out absolutely incredible! it really was like being back in New your. This gal has a wonderful mothering voice, this whole thing is fun every time. I'm going to subscribe! This recipe is so simple, yet so amazing! The trick is get good bread flower and follow the directions and you will make the best pizza of your life guaranteed hands down. Than you for the video!

Thanks for another lovely recipe the only changes I made was to add salt to dough , n oil n butter last , I just mix the yeast n liquid n let it rise & then mix all together. The slap n fold method really takes it to another level . These comment's are for yr bread n buns recipe 😋 thanks again yr my inspiration to bake a 54 yrs

Made this today. Super easy recipe and the dough doubled so well after the first proofing (usually when I make dough, it just doesn’t) I made some tweaks and made this a circular pizza. I also added cheese to the edges and folded them in to create a cheese stuffed crust. 10/10
