Here's a stumper; grilled (roasted?) pork that's been boiled and grilled rice that's been fried. Is that the definition of a dichotomy?😂 Yes ma'am, you're doing something special 🥰

Blood flows through veins, arteries, and capillaries - not in muscle fibers. The meat itself doesn't contain blood, only liquids with Myoglobin and Amino acids. If the meat has moisture that you want to remove before cooking, it should be patted dry with paper towels. Washing raw meat with water is contrary to health and safety guidelines. The water can spread bacteria and contaminate surfaces. The cooking process eliminates any bacteria which may be present.

단조롭다니? 중화요리집이니까 그렇지 혼자서 저 많은메뉴 커버하는게 얼마나 힘든데. 그럼 라멘집에서 라멘만 팔면 단조로운건가?
일본은 아직 쇼트닝을 사용하는구나...국내에선 안좋다고 사용안하는데..하지만 저걸로 음식만들면 맛은 더 좋아 ㅎㅎㅎ
