This has ALL the makings of a great meal, oh wow - just starting from the kitchen... the look on the chefs face as he works (passionate, but also he means business!)... very cool that he sat there to how you enjoyed the food. Wow, the Koong Pad Sataw looks GREAT!

Joel, wow! Thank you so much for watching and leaving such a great comment. The chef was incredibly nice, and you could tell he was a true master at his trade. Every dish was mouthwatering and cooked perfectly! The Koong Pad Sataw is certainly still the best I have tried. Can't wait to come to the north and try some of your recommendations! -Bren

Kay your too kind! Your comments have put a big smile on our faces today. Early Mark Wiens is what got me so into food in the first place. And yes so happy to have Joel take a peek at our channel! We are heading up north soon and we're hoping to get a chance to meet each other!

You would have loved it! Buttery, clean and the curry sauce on top was delicious. So different from the way we have fish in Canada!

The creamy fish curry is the delicious menu that have a great taste as green curry, red curry but not yet well known in foreigners, we cal it ChuCheePla, Highly recommended

If you can eat local spicy food You guys have easy access to Thai food For your next meal, eat fresh vegetables along with the spicy food you eat It will help balance your body.
