The carbon 14 still holds the record king for Lake Michigan. I didn't believe it until I bought it and used it myself.

@@johnlantz3771 I fish all over but I mostly fish in the Point Breeze, NY area. Putting scent on the spoons isn't really a thing over here but people do use herring strips behind flashers for kings. Color is definitely important on the spoons. Thanks for watching and happy fishing 👊

Great video salmon fishing, spoon definitely catch salmon and trout I fish Lake Ontario all summer and capture some great videos of big fish

Pretty sure I bought that one like that. Has that one been good for you? I haven't had that one go much lately, but that "Ice Shadow" next to it has been really good.

Raspberry shadow or a old geezer? Had lots of luck on double trouble , sand burr , blue smolt, and Shelly snack this season 2023. $14.00 at MA's and PA's tackle in Hanover Ontario.... Hope next year is as good 👍 👍 🇨🇦

Hi, I notice the Pickle Seed magnum spoon hooks are different. Any technical reason for the differing hooks or just the fortunes of salmon fishing? Thanks for the nice video.

Those magnum Dreamweavers come with stock red trebles (Gamakatsus I think). When those get wrecked, I change them out to 2X strong silver VMCs. That's the difference between the two on the gunnel.
