Best RV Camping in California? | Lindy's Landing & Campground
This time, we went to Lindy's Landing & Campground in Reedley, CA. That is close to Visalia and only about 2:15 from the Central Coast. This is a great california campground and even though it might not the the very best rv camping in California, it does a really good job. It was a lot of fun!
Years ago we used to float down from Pine Flat Dam to Lindy’s landing. That was years ago and I hear that they don’t do much of that anymore. Next time I drive down to Dinuba I’ll have stop in and ask. Now I am much older I would be using one of my rafts that I bought for Cache Creek.

We finally fixed if after we crashed it back in February! Nice toy to have and the shots are great but there’s barely anywhere you can fly them!
looks like a nice place, but I might be worried about the water. You're right in the middle of agriculture. I bet there is a lot of runoff from the farms in that water.

Our rainy season starts in mid winter through early spring. The water that feeds our rivers come from the Sierras, east of the valley. We'd have to have a flood season for our rivers to over flow. They have a few times in the last 5+ years. But it isn't like a flash flood situation. There's plenty of time to prepare. There are several lakes with dams up stream that hold and then release our water. We definitely need more water storage for our farmland.
Is this location expensive? $ or $$ or $$$ or Oh my goodness?

$. I think it was about $45 per night. Very reasonable!
