Just got a 2nd pair of Puma Deviate Nitro 2 for $98 online at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Best price I’ve seen. Similar to the 79 pounds in the UK.

I snagged a pair of the Wave Rebellion Pro on pro direct for £80! Original black and white colourway in the one remaining size! At such a good price I could probably turn them for a profit!

I last wore a Puma shoe in the early 80s, a white tennis shoe, (dating myself!) just got 30% off on Puma app for a pair of Foreverrun Nitros in a sunset color way, black with purple and pink. We don’t get discounts on Puma in U.S. as good as in Europe or UK. 112 earth credits, not too bad.

Great line up of shoes and very overlooked

The Sen 8 is great, particularly at half price. I wasn’t totally sure about it for a while, but in April I took 19 seconds off my 5K PR wearing them.

My 5k pb was done in the adios pro 2 (downhill!), but all my other good times are in the Takumi. Like wearing slippers!

I've recently acquired Ride 15s and Triumph 21s for the equivalent of £35 and £70, respectively. Pretty happy about that. Currently on the lookout for a long distance trail cruiser 🧐

Just picked up my first pair of the Puma Magnify. A high bar has been set from the rest of the line...we'll see.

Ed - Which one is more cushioned and comfortable for long runs for a light neutral midfoot striker? Puma ForeverRun or Puma Magnify 2? ForeverRun is very cheap but I am hesitant as I heard it can be very slappy on the road? How is your experience? Thanks.

I passed on the overrated NB Rebel 4 and instead picked up the underrated Brooks Hyperion Max for only $92.97. Similar to my beloved Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 but imo better in every way. Bo Didley opened up for the Clash on their 1979 US tour. While on the tour bus, Strummer asked his hero Bo Diddley why he was riding on his seat instead of the bunk bed late at night. Bo replied, " guitar rides on the bunk, I ride on the seat." 😂

Have the Deviate Nitro WTR.. they're not waterresistant at all, still good shoes though.

i just got some nike pegasus 37 for £37.99 from sports direct clearance but they were pink so i spray painted them black. they look a bit silly but atleast there good runners and not pink.

@@sschwen8050 Brigado! I actually do use Grabr sometimes to get running shoes, but with the fees, it works out to about the same price as here in Brazil. I just paid $194 USD for the Boston 12's, but it was the best deal I could find.

@@reeceanderson9293 I'd say true to size. I'm a UK 8 (don't laugh 😂) and they fit spot on! I have about a thumbs width from the end of my big toe to the top of the shoe which is perfect for me 👍🏻

Reebok Symmetros 2.5 or Puma Forever Run Nitro? I can get each for around 60€. Need for long runs, light midfoot striker. Which one is more comfortable and less slappy (loud on the road)?

Another great video Edd, how do you feel the puma fast R nitro compares to the newer version? Go for the new or old? Thanks for this Ed, picking up the Sen 8s tomorrow, hopefully arriving in time for my first club 5K TT of the year in the evening! Such a bargain, looks like not much different to Sen 9 or 10 so couldn't resist. Very tempted by the Adios Pro 2s for £89 at Start Fitness too, but maybe too racey for this 68yo for longer runs/ 1/2 marathons... any thoughts Ed?
