No I don't, maybe better quality penny tile sheets.
Which any rolling knee pads are only good for floors not showers which a lot of tile people install worthless for showers and small floors
Will the casters that come with stand up to up to a semi-smooth concrete sidewalk? If not, are they easy to swap out for casters I can scoop from a hardware store?

Supposedly they are very good quality casters on this newer V3. If I remember I'll come back and update you and let you know in a couple of weeks after mine arrive and I put them through the paces. Cutting in hundreds and hundreds of feet at the bottom of a concrete wall and will be rolling on fairly rough concrete, that's not buttery-smooth at least......

We probably should have both just watch the video first lol. Not only do you get a good look at the caster's but you can immediately tell that they are ones you could replace fairly easily, if not from just a local hardware store, then definitely through a quick Amazon order

From what I’ve seen most of his jobs are small bathrooms which would make these virtually useless.

You're right. I bought the older model, that had a chest rest for stretching out with big tile, 10 years ago. Used it one time, then bought Pro Knees, it's set in my garage since then.
Bought one - the seat is so low that I can't sit on it - returning it. Poor design
Cannot be used for any job that requires horizontal pressure. You will just roll backwards duh.
