I do custom floor covering and these have saved my knees. First two years I used cheap $25 knee pads. Developed bone spurs and knots. Bought these and my knees haven't hurt since. Very well worth the money. I have the 1" pads

Yes absolutely! It’s funny how we don’t even hesitate when it comes to tool but things to take care of us, yikes I can’t spend that kind of money. I do the same thing. These things have been everywhere from in front of furnaces, outside with condensers, roof tops, even flooring. Best decision I ever made. You only get one set of knees!

Thank you so much for this review. After 3 days of laying vinyl plank with a couple different pairs of knee pads from Home Despot, my knees have serious rug-burn-like abrasions from poor padding and from my broad-weave 6-pocket pants bunching up (folding?) between the pads and my knee.

Hey great video, I’m a landscaper/hardscaper so at times for example building a long retaining wall I’m on my knees but constantly turning to grab more stone next to me or behind me. But the next day I could me laying flagstone then kneeling to level them but getting up to grab more stone then kneeling etc. Do you think these would be a good choice for me or do you think the ap16’s? My knees are starting to bother me after 15 years of crap knee pads. Also I do walk quite a bit on the job wheeling my material back and forth and I’m not sure if these would be an issue after a while. I appreciate your work

I don’t think there is a strap that doesn’t suck after a few hours. These straps are super wide and relatively comfortable. You’ll eventually sweat around them though and they get wet. Then it’s no fun.
