So great to hear you say that the order of ingredients listed on a product doesn't mean the last ingredients are too low to be effective. Yay Dr Dray! Also would be great if influencers would specify the difference between fragrance and smell, for example, natural vitamin E and rose hydrosol are ingredients I use in formulas and both have strong smells. Vitamin E has a slightly unpleasant smell and I use rose hydrosol not only to mask V E, but also for its mild anti-inflamatory and anti-bacterial properties. Added bonus is the fragrance. Thank you for all the information you freely give 🙌

I've wondered about this too. I have heard other skin care channels on here say that using strong vitamin A creams (aka tretinoin Lol) on large areas of skin consistently could possibly lead to Vitamin A deficiency in the body. I wonder how true this is. Dr Dray's reasoning for not doing it seems to be just that it would be expensive, so I'd assume she might touch on that if it were true but it'd be cool to hear her input. I love your straightforward, intelligent delivery without feeling like you need to be cute or funny like some others. Thank you!!
just want to say thank you for all your incredible information that has given me hopes in recovering my damaged skin I felt utterly hopeless. I started the healthier routine just by watching your routine and I already see the positive result. I am a chef and neglected my skin care for so many years...topped with extreme stress + age = impossibly crazy bad skin but I am now in the journey of taking time and care of my biggest organ thanks to you! and amazing that you mention that older skin is not all about putting expensive products but it is about sleep, good food, exercise, and embracing. lots hugs to you and will enjoy your post!
Kinda off topic, but tretinoin (stronger than retinol) is really great for dark spots on the body also. My chest was covered in dark spots from my eczema scars. And tretinoin cleared it up 🙌🏽

Dr Dray, such a great discovery. Simple and to the point. You are true expert.
I have recommended Dr. Dray to my three teenage granddaughters for the best skincare advice! I trust her.
Thank you so much! I am going to try the Walmart one for my chest and shoulders. You have changed my skin care life- and I actually have gotten my husband and 19 year old son to moisturize and wear sunscreen. You’re amazing!!

AWESOME, I just bought the Advanced Clinicals a couple months ago! I'm so glad it has your approval. I wasn't quite sure about the stability of it but I wanted something cruelty free and vegan and affordable. I emailed them to ask about the percentage of retinol and haven't heard back yet, but I hope I do. Cheers :)

I bought two bottles of the replenix retinol body cream for $43 each this past thanksgiving and I use them as my face cream. The only problem with that idea is that their body lotion has 0,01% retinol, whereas the version I use on my face has 1% retinol. 0,01% ist not going to do much on your face, but it's a good way to start getting your skin used to the ingredient.
