@@NuclearAbyss Well he wasn't killed in "Force Unleashed" either but you did beat him, not so in "Fallen Order" this more like what would happen in a barely trained Padawan(or equilevant) with no personal connection to Anakin tried to fight Vader. To date only people against who Vader has held back had personal connections to Anakin Skywalker (Obi-Wan was Anakin's friend and Jedi Master, Ashoka was his Padawan and Luke was Anakin's son)

Legit the most brutal scene in the game. We all know what’s about to go down. Cal already said that he remembered all of his lessons as a padawan, along with a bunch of clone troopers popping out? Pair that with a clone saying they were getting new orders, and the fake out attack when a clone surprises Cal while training. Writing room became absolute satanists.

@@holyflame2 Of course they are. The jedi are peace keepers and only kill if they have too, while being forbidden to learn certain tricks because some are dark side abilities. Sith on the other hand... Don't have any forbidden-to-learn tricks and are relentless and ruthless. They can learn basically any tricks which makes them powerful.

Did he though? To me it looked like Vader avoided the stab by pivoting and allowing the saber to pass through between his arm and body and only got slightly grazed when he pushed Cal back. And yes, I did go frame by frame, though a lot of them seem to be skipped by youtube...

The clones had my eyes watering, when Master Tapol got shot I knew what was going to happen and I started crying. When the Emperor's holocron came up, and when the Inquisitor turned up, I started fanboying, because when an Inquisitor won't kill you, Vader will be there. Also Love Vader's Castle. LOOK UP THE VADER COMICS! They are Amazing!

I love how instead of fighting Darth Vader you decided to just run. As you should. He is not a boss, he is the Reaper himself.

The most emotional part in the game for me was when you realise BD-1’s purpose. BD actually had no idea it was Cal he was meant to help, which is what you are led to believe the entire game. I thought that was a really good twist if I’m honest

While Luke may have been extremely powerful, Vader was still holding back, because A. Luke is his son, and B. He was the last living reminder of his fallen wife

I like how Vader was used to great effect here much like in Rouge One where we see just how terrifyingly powerful Vader really is.

I got literal goosebumps when I heard the breathing of Vadar in the smoke first time I played through it.

Vader was fucking terrifying in this game. The build-up to his appearance is incredible -- first the iconic rasping breath, then you see the silhouette from the corner of your eye, before he proceeds to make all your Force abilities look like child's play compared to what he can do.

Probably my favourite moment from Cal. Vader: You would be wise to surrender. Cal: Yeah... Probably... 😂

Reactions here are on par with the acting in this game, incredibly honest and lively. Just beautiful. I subbed for more of that incredible performance. Please keep doing video content, Louise, it is just great!

One of the best moments for me was the first time i landed on zefo where i got to see the crashed venator ship it was really amazing seeing leftovers from the clone wars in the time of the empire

Right? When you got to go in it and explore, A was just staring at the hanger area with the hanging Gunship... Love the Clone Wars Era.

Just with the music in the background, knowing what transpired was in the back of my head while I was playing. Truly some emotional stuff. Granted, I love the Sith but yeah it still hits hard. Like you’re in Episode III, just off camera. So now when I watch ROTS, this scene is opposite of what I said above. It’s great how they integrated this

I honestly really appreciate the honesty of this storytelling and the reactions that come of it.

1:33 this is exactly what I say when Iwas there in the game... the fact that they use the music from Star Wars 3... the Order 66 music... It's the detail that finished me at this point in the game...

The jedi younglings must have been really confused when boss music started getting louder and closer toward the training room

When you were shedding tears at Order 66, that hit me right in the feels. The Clones had no choice, never wanted to hurt them :( But you're reaction to Vader was priceless, you were so excited! XD

Wow!! The look of fear on the inquisitors face when Vader shows up just proves how terrifying Vader was. And the second sister was pretty scary in her own right. But Vader shows up and she’s scared shitless

You feel just as much pain with the clone scene then I did, god I was attached within the 3 interactions that we had with them. Also the Vader scence was so good. Thank you also for making your title and thoumbnail spoiler free!

2:23 and THIS was the moment i had goosebumbs and memories back to the moment where Yoda realize (on Kashyyyk) that the jedis are dying! (Because of the music part there)

I love how you instantly lit up when you heard his faint exhale

Louise's three emotions from "You have failed me, Inquisitor" to Vader cutting her down (excitement, fear, shock) - those perfectly encapsulate how we as a fandom feel about Vader. Nothing is more epic than that breathing sound. And no individual is more deadly. Seeing him appear here is perhaps the most awesome thing any game has ever pulled because it gets us hyped, but we also fear like in no other situation for the survival of our main characters. It's Darth Vader, after all.

i imagine he would be pretty old so that would be cool, but i think id rather leave him out so there are stakes for the next game. One of the coolest things is not knowing if he survives that long I think it just adds tension

@@wyattguilliams2621 erm. There are at least 20-something years between the prequels and the originals. And another 20-something years between originals and 'present'. So...no, in the current timeline, Cal should be around 60 years old. But heck yea, I'd love to see him make an appearance! BD-1 too :D

@@wyattguilliams2621 ??? Cal is bigger than Luke because he's born before the Purge. Luke were born in the day of Purge or the next days.(cutscene where Obi Wan sees Padme giving birth) .And in the new trilogy , Luke is old. So do the math. Lmao.

To be honest i dont cared much for jedi and clones in ROTS until i watched clone wars in movies these jedi and clones were just randoms that you saw maybe two times

Great game. Just beat it this morning. Props to Respawn and EA for making a FANTASTIC game. This is the kind of game we've begging for. Had me in the feels the entirety of the game. The order 66 mission made me cry because how impacting the mission was and throughout the game that mission made me relize how cal was brutal to the stormtroopers in the game

Everyones a bad ass until they hear that respirator breathing, the sound of a saber igniting and duel of the fates starts to play

I love this. Trilla is absolutely terrified and knows she is dead as soon as you hear the breathing. And I love how they did not hold back with Vader. The game was like "lawls biotch...you think this padawan noob is gonna even hold a candle to Darth goddamn Vader?" To quote the matrix. "You see Vader...Run. Run your ass off."

Vader is the one reason why i watched rogue one, almost broke my controller when Vader appeared

Loved this game, hope they add some new content and stories after the new film or sumthin

I love that the music during Order 66 is the same soundtrack from Revenge of the Sith

10:34 Oh wow, he has different lines here, does anyone have a list of the phrases Vadar says when he Force Chokes here, and are they tied to the difficulty? I would literally die laughing if he says a different line for each difficulty level and says "Feeble" if your playing the easiest one. (I know for certain he can also say "Submit" or "Give up")

No, there's just a general list of things he says at this moment. If you die to his choke, he will say something different next time
