God made a message for the world but the world has to learn Arabic. Modern Arabic is different to the language of the Quran. It’s best to learn the Quran in your own language.

l strongly recommend Sheikh Menshawy, he is also old Egyptian qarie ,he recites with all his heart ,my all time favorite 😊

There are three main levels to reciting quran in terms of speed of recitation. This is the third level and the most difficult. There are certain rules for pronouncing each letter in relation to the one before it and rhe one after it. This sience is called 'Tajweed' and you need to have a teacher to learn it and to get cetified in it. They have to follow strict Tajweed rules. Abdel basit is one of the top reciters called 'Classical' reciters. Others are Minshawi, Hosary, and Tablawy ( maybe couple more). This classical reciters group is almost extinct now and they are like Beethoven or Motzart in music ( just an analogy not compating quran to music). Not anyone can understand how difficult this is and how many years it takes to achieve this perfection. They read like time does not matter when you listen to Allah's words. You have to learn regular simple reading first, have a reasonable understanding of what the words mean, then you can begin to appreciate and understand what they mean by raising or lowering their voice level as it relates to meanings in the verses.

Brother Daniel, Shaikh Abdu Al bast. is reciting in a style called Tart eel, that is Slow and Clear without missing a single rule of Quran recitation. Rash id Musharree and many others use the Style of recitation called "Haddar" which is a littel bit faster, you would hear this style in Prayer often> I would recommend you also to listen to Muhammad Siddiq Al Minshawi. He is one of the great reciters too.

@@ahmadelsayed8672 Tartil and Tajweed have similar meanings, so reciting the recitation means being immersed in it, as God Almighty said: And recite the Qur’an in a recitation {Al-Muzzammil: 4}, and intonation of something by doing it well (Tajweed), and that means doing in a good way versus bad way, and in the terminology of reciters: tartil is one of the levels of recitation of the Holy Qur’an, which is: tartil. , rotation (Tadweer), and Hadr (slightly faster). Therefore, reading with Tajweed includes these three levels, and the reciter of the Qur’an is legally required to read the Qur’an with Tajweed when emplying any one of these levels. Stretching, pronouncing tanween, or assimilating it... All of this is included in the rules of intonation, and it is required to perform it in its appropriate places. Some of it is obligatory for reciters, and some of it is permissible, as well as pronunciation and assimilation, and details of that are in the books of Tajweed.

He's the Heavenly voice.

Abdulbasit is known to be the reciter with ‘two voices’ it’s almost as if there are two people reading and not one! With the high and low voices. It’s important to note this was broadcasted live on TV in 1968 so this might be why the page timings are off 😅 other than that, Mashallah I wouldn’t have expected you’d have this good of progress in tajweed! Keep it up :)

I’m so grateful that they had such amazing sound equipment back in 1968 to transmit his recitation to us. Btw his recitation are arguably the most important recitation in the Middle East because he was the main reciter in all funerals across the most of the Middle East which is a very big deal
