    Great vid, and I, too, am thriving on an animal based diet... and love the Heart & Soil supplements (Whole Package in particular is a game changer, and I'd recommend Immuno Milk as well, if you don't already take it). I've seen the Whole Feast promoted in endless Liver King stories, and will give it a shot. Thanks!

    I always thought going grass fed didn't make much sense given how low fat protein powder is, but that's an interesting point about fat carrying bad stuff. Good points!

    Thanks! It really does make a difference but not for the reasons people think. I am partnering up with a local grass fed grass finished regenerative ranch and their beef is second to none.

    I’ve been using the muscle feast whey isolate and love it but curious if the whole feast is grass fed and pasture raised and cold filtered? I buy all farm raised meat and that my biggest priority. 1. clean ingredients 2. ethical sourcing 3. solvability 4. Taste 5. Price

    Have you Tried Within You Total Carnivore shake (Mark Bell) or a beef protein isolate from True Nutrition? Those are my current favorites. I do a custom blend from True Nutrition with 30% collagen in it.

    Okay great video and I bought the The Whole Feast protein powder. Taste amazing the Butter Vanilla is awesome but there’s just one thing folks need to be aware of, it has 340mg of Sodium. The taste smokes My Protein out the water.

  • @TheSigmaDadLife

    @TheSigmaDadLife

    Жыл бұрын

    It really is amazing! Also the science on sodium shows most active people aren’t getting enough rather than too much. Your kidneys (minus a very very small subset of the population) can handle insane loads of sodium. If you don’t have a genetic risk for sodium I usually recommend people get 5g-10g of salt (not sodium) per day.

    What type of salt do you recommend? I've noticed that since upping my salt I'm not as insanely thirsty anymore! Which was such a surprise but then from looking into it I found out that our cells need salt to absorb water , so salt is essential for hydration

    I think AGN roots pure Irish ,muscle feast protein powder,legion protein powder , nutrabio protein powder ,inno supps protein powder,and I think diesel protein powder are the best all high quality no concentration just clean and no artificial anything there’s several other brands but these are the best especially AGN roots pure grass fed from Ireland ….I personally like Agn roots and nutrabio are pure high servings and high quality

    I used to buy AGN religiously, I love that stuff!! However, I'm not sure it's actually from Ireland like it claims🤷. Only reason I say that is because I have to be very careful with what type of protein I buy due to autoimmune disease. I always buy Ireland or New Zealand brands and they're fantastic. But for some reason AGN caused horrible flare-ups with tight lungs. No clue why? The only other time that happened to me was when I was using a crap protein. My kids seemed to do fine on it but once we ran out of our last bag I was done buying it. Haven't had the problem since 🧐.

    Either way I suggest adding lemon juice to your water & apple cider vinegar to some apple juice you’ll be cured of that bs in a few months *Healthhub” excellent source of REAL INFO from 1000s of studies from scientists & doctors. Some studies says that cures cancer even who knows.. I’ve been researching info on how to reverse auto immune deficiency disorders & type 2 diabetes for friends & family bc I’m sick of seeing all my loved ones die! Especially when eating or adding a few foods or more of the foods you probably love could fix all their problems. Smdh 🙏🏽God Bless hope you’re doing well
