The book is "Aux Bonheur Des Dames" it's by Zola and it's a French classic. As a woman born in Paris but who lived all over the world, I totally understand the necessity to prep a beauty visit. And I completely agree with everything in the video.

Everyone I saw in the background was actually dressed to be out in public..not in their pajama pants and Crocs...plus not walking around eating and drinking in these beautiful stores...we as Americans have become lazy with ourselves.

Is quite hard to live in Paris, is beautiful, but more than 7 months during the year you don't see the sun so you easily get depressed, prices are really expensive for everything, rent, restaurant etc. Either you have a lot of money, or you will suffer in Paris, people are not friendly at all. People live in horrible conditions that you will never imagine.

Evalle, I believe you! Andreea is showing us the luxurious side of Paris. Even Hawaii has a tremendous homeless population. So many people in this world suffer unspeakable tragedies and such bad living conditions. We should be so very thankful to God our Father for every blessing He gives us!

I absolutely love visiting Paris and I’m lucky that I live near by (The Hague to Paris is only a 3 hour train ride). I now can add these locations to visit the next time. And I agree with you that some fragrances are best kept private 😉the Dries van Nolten and Loewe scents are heavenly!

This is a video I was hoping to request from you way back when I was planning a trip to Paris, but was too shy to ask. I went in May and as group tourists, we were led only to the more familiar Gallerie Lafayette and yes the M1 truly was amazing, there was no time for massage but the Cafe had fine cusine! I plan to do another Paris trip next year and will surely seek the other places you have mentioned . I have observed beauty products you have in Europe are of a higher , finer quality than what we have in US. Just enjoyed this video a lot, thank you!
