Best Pitches: 4 of the Toughest Negotiations | Dragons' Den

Ойын-сауық

Featuring some of the toughest negotiations to go down in the Den, this special episode sees the tables turn as the Dragons are met with entrepreneurs who know how to take control and strike a deal.
Here are 4 of the toughest Dragons' Den negotiations:
00:01 - #1 Alex Buzaianu pitches 'Temporary Forevers', a brand of luxury leather goods aimed at the tech-savvy.
15:07 - #2 Gary Taylor pitches 'Alpine Cleaning', a franchise of HGV cleaning services.
30:57 - #3 Sharon Wright pitches 'Magnamole' an invention that threads cables through cavity walls using magnets.
45:30 - #4 John Kershaw pitches 'M14 Industries', a system that takes the coding and software engineering out of app development.
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

@Help Line I think he was trying to be nice by not initially rejecting her outright, as it would be rude, so he just negotiated with Peter. One time, in the American version of this show Shark Tank, Mr. Wonderful was outright rejected by the business owner and that seemed to greatly upset him, causing all of the Sharks (they’re called Sharks in the American version) to be very offended.

The truck wash thing would work without question, I’m surprised Peter doesn’t realise how convenient it would be for haulage companies to use this service. It normally takes more money and time to do it yourself and it’s not easy, most have a cleaning company come around and valet the trucks once twice a month and this would be a great alternative for those companies, stobart and others would go for it, I’m sure they pay more than £16 a trauck and trailer
