I think tinder might work but you have to learn not waste time. Most guys only want hookup so you need recognize and skip...also you need see if the guy keep interested on you for long time before giving too much of you...not saying this way youll get your perfect guy will marry you, but at least meet serious people with serious interest, or who can start as friends and then become something else.
