Absolutely divine intervention how you met; it was to minister to others to trust Him and keep His way. I put “dating over 50” in my search, and this channel popped up in my feed. So refreshing to see young people so wise and led by God. All things work together for good! I’ve tried the apps (the horror!😆) and have been waiting over 10 years, and I still believe he’s on the way because God can and will, even over 50-never too late! Grace and peace to you both!

That is almost how me and my husband started 36 years ago. He would go to church but sleep. My mom told me to keep going and live how I go to church. I did and would get up get kids dressed and go to church. One Sunday while we were getting dressed he got up and got dressed and went to church with us. A few Sundays later he dedicated himself to Christ. We ushered together for years. Now he is a deacon in the church. So God can change anyone!! You just have to stand on faith and keep praying and not bug them. That will chase them away more. I forgot to add we have been married for 35, it will be 36 in January!

Yes girlie my mom was so sad when she was passing away and I hadn't found anyone. But then when she passed I had to move home to be with my dad and he would question if I met anyone. American parents are definitely big on finding a mate.

I feel like that’s a rule of thumb tho in some people situations God will give you a word that he’ll change the situation! If you don’t have a word then you should move on!

I love this. I had the similar story. I live in Chicago and my boo lived in UK. I went on Bumble after saying I'm giving it one more month. My boo had visit Chicago two weeks prior on vacation and it listed him as being in Chicago by coincidence so I thought I was talking to a Chicago guy lol.
