Maybe you should consider new Honda crv vs new Toyota harrier. Recon harrier has its downside since its used. but it’s immediate delivery compared to 1/2 year waiting period for new harrier. I’m considering whether i can tolerate the waiting period for harrier.

In terms of power, the Harrier has only 10hp more but 10Nm less than the CX-5 which makes not much difference. As for boot space, they both have the similar luggage capacity. I guess the only reason you would get the harrier over the CX5 is due its looks, premium interior & reliability 😌

If it’s from official Toyota Malaysia, it’s about RM250k+, however if it’s recond it’s about RM200k. Though it depends on which spec you choose as well 👍🏻

@@WhenHannMeetsCars Yes, then I can choose an electric car, which is more cost-effective. DCT gearbox are also fuel-efficient compared to CVT. And there is a good momentum to give back. But maybe it's not suitable for the climate of Southeast Asia. Because its heat dissipation is a short board.

Have you driven cvt from Honda n Subaru lately? You will be in for a surprise especially the electric driven cvt.

@@KingXerxesTan Yes, I used to have a Subaru 4WD SUV. But its off-road performance didn't surprise me. The main idea of the CVT gearbox is the cost performance. Instead of extreme performance. Also, You should be talking about is hybrid cars. Pure electric vehicles do not require a gearbox. It relies on a direct drive motor as power.
