[Best Of] Why Wont TF2 Die!?!?
Ойындар
G'day all MrPaladin here.
My metrics show that some viewers of the channel did not catch the end, but the comment section was ful of people talking about what happened at the end of the video. So I cut the end down to the front and bamboozled the KZread Metrics!
So here is a Best of the video "Why wont TF2 Die!!" Where I get into a bit of a jazz rhyme.

I see Valve want them dead. We kinda keep refusing our death, but how long can we still keep this game alive? Valve betrayed it's own community raised by one of the most popular games ever made. Valve betrayed it's own game. We stood on the side of the game at critical times while Valve turned against it. Because I'm concerned about all the bullshit factors happening against us and are all basically been mentioned by Mr. Paladin, I usually return playing the game to see what happened to the popularity of the game. Feels like the life coming back to it before it gets the chance to die. Yes, the issues been mentioned by Paladin are really terrible things about the industry of TF2 as a whole. There's always a newer and newer successful game released what we use as something to betray TF2 with and it's community with no end, but we are smarter than that, because Valve remained to be alone with all the responsibilities while we fans are plenty and we can switch the role to take care of the community. Our number increased once again. When there's not enough people playing it, TF2 then calls us back as their real father of the game. Gaben was not the real father. I don't call anyone father who leaves a child behind. We are the game's fathers. Who knows, maybe you start to realize what the cosmetic item "All-Father" really means.

fans only remain loyal for so long, once they've played a game for all its worth, they will want to have more content added, no amount of "oh here's a bunch of hats each year" are going to change that, if the content isn't delivered or up to par with their expectations then they will leave and likely never come back, it doesn't help that right now TF2's in a very dire situation with the bots as people are still seeing them crop up in masses and in some cases even begin appearing in the community servers, you know the servers that literally everyone is saying "will be bot free because they can be policied" yeah guess what happens when that police leave because their tired.
I find it crazy to think that even with him not uploading anymore his videos will literally teach generations of players to come

Anyone else miss Mr. Paladin? We hope you're doing well dude!
I remember watching Mr. Paladin during the worst period of my life. I got into an emotionaly and physically abusive relationship during my first year in college, due to this I wasn’t able to do well in class and eventually I dropped out. My girlfriend at the time cheated on me countless of times and when I finally let her go, I started playing TF2 again and that was the moment I started working on myself. Mr. Paladin’s videos has always been on repeat for me as a playlist that I can listen to in the background while I snipping in 2Fort and while I was learning to be a spy. Heck, I even listen to his “How a spy thinks” during my workouts and cardio because I watched his videos so much that I can visualize what is happening in the video even though I am just listening. Mr. Paladin, thank you for the amazing videos and I hope you keep making more. Guessing from the date of this video, I am hoping that you’re just taking a well deserved break and not anything bad.

I'm perfectly fine! I don't have such frequent internet strength so I'm choosing to step back and relax tripping around in the RV. I don't know when I might be able to make channel content again but can't really do TF2 til they ultimately fix the bots 100% (as said in my most recent videos) Since I don't think RV videos or motorbike videos trend well on the channel I'm relaxing til things change. Hey MrPaladin, I've been a fan of your content for almost a decade now. First saw your videos when I was 11, I'm about to turn 20 now. I'm still deeply in love with Tf2 and I would love to see you come back. The game scene is so different now. Everyone knows how to counter a spy, but hey, thats what makes him fun. I just wanted to say Thank you for keeping me entertained for almost the past decade.
Valve has been completely unprofessional in the past 5 years, yet the community stayed as strong as ever, always had amazing content creators, characters, a beautiful world, maps and mechanics, the reality here is that TF2 will eventually die, but realistically speaking it will probably be in 10 years, that's because this community is very strong and also quite welcoming of new players despite the appearance and the constant memes on the Gibus, there will always be fresh mercenaries to live and feel the powerful cartoon world created by valve, but honestly speaking we should all be ashamed and constantly scream at Valve, till they actually give a crap again, way few people in the community actually SCREAMS to Valve (believe it or not) so they just don't care, if the entire community actually gives up and decides to harass Valve (I know the term is bad here but it's definitely what needs to happen) they will finally use their brains and find a way for us to forgive them, or say "fuck it" and release a statement that says "we're done with the game", but at least it will be something, right now they are no balls that prefer to stay silent seeing the community still plays anyway, they became lazy and just don't care about it, that's the reality, the community became self sustaining and that's something nobody would've expected, it may sound aggressive, disgusting, forced, uncalled for but I said it before and I'll say it again: Fuck you Valve, you had it all and threw it all away

Yeh bro so sad. I recently got back into csgo and it is similar to tf2 man. There are legit hackers and bots in matchmaking (not as major as tf2 yet), and instead of fixing it they just add cases and skins so people spend more money. Valve :((

2021 scream fortress event tells the whole story, it's the bare minimum necessary. it's not because the devs are lazy, it's because there are no devs. valve could very easily outsource to the community (aherm, mastercomms) to update the game, and breath some new life, they choose not to. fact, TF2 is still making money, it may be chump change to valve as a whole, but it's still positive income, and they dont care.

@@davidthomas2870 Funny thing is ... I liked TF2 better before they "improved" things. The TF2 tutorial was a waste of effort. Throwing players directly into a game is better. The current matchmaking system is easy, but I liked the previous server selection system better. It made for better community. Anti-cheat and anti-bot measures are a race between the people that make them and the game developers. No matter what the devs do, the script makers will find a way to keep cheating. The harder you try to fight the cheats, the more draconian TF2.exe becomes. To the point TF2 would be seen as a virus. I don't think the current UI is bad, but I don't think it was an upgrade either. I think mainly it just pushed people into Valve's servers and away from private servers. Which made the bot problem worse because mods ban bots on private servers.
Have you heard mr paladin?
TF2 is one of those games where time isn't really a factor, the gameplay is unique, so rewarding, and no game has ever made me play the objective harder than TF2. It has a sort of charm that very few games have. For me no matter how long I don't play TF2, when I come back to it, I always feel that magic inside of me. Modern games just don't do that for me. I just love everything about TF2. It's where I found you Mr.P. TF2 has given me so many good memories, learning to play spy and binge-watching your tutorials, the list goes on.
The combination of the solid A+ gameplay, the pretty cool parts of the community, and the fact that there’s always a player that’s showing off an aspect they love about it online through KZread or any other way. Love TF2. I may take breaks from it but I always come back to enjoy it.

hey mr p. thank you for everything. you helped me really enjoy and appreciate the spy as a class and the role he plays, he's one of my two personal favourite classes to pick. because i played spy after watching you, i began to think more games, and how the people i played against thought. Spy required quick thinking, adaptability and knowledge of the game to fully excel in. i was pretty good with spy, but tf2 and videogames as a whole began to become boring for me eventually, so i took the ambition i had felt while playing spy and took up fencing, which i really love doing. i am a rather competent fencer, and i only really wound up doing it on a whim because the spy had a taunt resembling an action done in the sport. the butterfly effect is crazy, because i watched your videos i found one of my greatest passions in life. so thank you.

I'll put it this way: The Reason that I love TF2 and I believe it will never die is Because it FEELS Unique, DESPITE The Faults that it has. EVERY OTHER FPS (Yes, I include Overwatch, Fortnite, COD, BF, So on and So forth) feels like the Same Bullshit with No Innovation and Predatory Game Companies willing to Screw their Own Gamers and Employees Over for whatever Money they can get their Hands On. Valve? They're NOT doing Predatory Bullshit. They're not Screwing Over their Fans Actively and ON PURPOSE. They're simply Misguided in their Thinking. Artifact DESERVED TO FAIL, Yes, but if anything, It was a Message to Valve that we didn't simply want whatever New Thing they could bring Out. WE WANTED QUALITY AND CARE IN OUR GAMES, NOT UNDIGNIFIED BS. And Guess what? They Listened. HALF-LIFE ALYX IS PROOF OF THAT. Valve can Do Great Stuff, they just need to focus on WHAT THEY HAVE, Versus what they can Create. TF2 I think will live regardless of all this because the Game Feels Genuine. There's NOTHING Copy/Paste about it. IT IS IT'S OWN THING. And for that, That's why I love it. Keep up the Great Work, Mr. P. Greetings from the Home of the Masters Tournament.
Hi Mr. P, i hope you are doing well. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your efforts. Your videos not only helped me as a "gamer" but more importantly they helped me grow as a person who was lost in his highschool years. Now, couple of years later i will be working as a physician. It's crazy that how the time goes on so fast yet when we look at past its full of memories. By all means, thank you for making world a better place.
To me the biggest reason that TF2 won’t die are those random moments where you just see the smile on the other players through their screens when you do something silly. Thanks for the video Mr Paladin.
i used to watch you in grade 3 before i go to school. now im in grade 7, the good day ** mr paladin here. is very nostalgic. memories

Amazing video as always Mr.Paladin :)
First things first: I have huge respect for you Mr paladin I always go check on your vids whenever I can and they all are absolute bangers because of your commentary 2- As Much I loved Tf2, I stopped Playing it since November last year and It has been the best decision I could have done, no more anger from Bot Infested games and/sweaty try hards on Community servers Call me bad all you want but all I can ask for this game... Is it to be functional. I mean we could wait for an update, if that ever happens, all we want. But does Valve really care anymore? There is literally one dev and it is working part time, that's the most attention we have as a community from Valve of all things. They could pull the plug anytime they want but they choose not to. All we have left is this like corpse of a game being beaten to death by the devs and the stupid no lifer of hackers that ruin the game. As a casual player we have to start and to think to ourselfs if is it really worth it to stay and keep playing? For me? I don't think so, I tried to introduce my friends tf2 and guess what, bot Infested Casual matches everytime, and they hated it... And I can't bring them to uncletopia because they got Stomped by those who have 20k hours I been playing this game since 2014 and still get Stomped and I know community servers aint the answer for our problems. I just want my favorite game to be back dude... So I quit it entirely, if they ever release an update (I know they wont) maybe then yeah, I will come back. But I am off to experience new games and new things. Tf2 was great for what it was... But it is time to move on. I am sorry for like this huge comment I did, I just barely can't have the chance to even make my take on this game. And whenever I try to explain why people call me toxic for some reason! I am just frustrated Mr Paladin! Once again thank you for making this video, and well let us see what the future holds for us!

I came here to watch TF2 but sadly there is no new upload, been watching since I'm 14 years old, and now I'm 23. Now I am missing the old days watching you play as a spy with the cloak and dagger, learning your moves. Thank you for all the tutorials you've done sir.

I'm driving 500 miles tomorrow back to Georgia. We're down in Florida right now. In a few weeks we head to the beach in South Carolina for a month!
Recently thought about learning more advanced spy tactics, and you know the first person who came to mind? you Mr P. Just letting you know, you're still teaching spies in training to this day. Appreciate the work you've done, and i hope you live happily wherever you are.

It is sad that there were so many changes that some of the old videos show bad items. But the core skills are the same
Don’t worry guys he’ll come out of the cloak and dagger any moment now

Mr Paladin is the reason I play and top frag mvp as a spy today.
Man... this popped up in my recommendeds today. Just wanted to stop in and pay my respects TF2's Signature Spymain, and the person who got me to try both the YER and the Kunai at different times as a learning Spy. Been playing TF2 on and off, but getting back into it even today, and even still taking backs as best I can. Hope you're well wherever you are, and I wish you the best in your future endeavours.
still the most calm, elegant and efficient spy ive ever seen, sad to see you havent uploaded in a year but from what i can piece together from some of your relatively recent replies to comments on this video i think youre doing fine and im glad
Because we will always love the tf2 classes and that other shooters don’t have the level of charm they have.
I came back to TF2 I saw Mr Paladin's videos again, he was the reason for i wanted to be better with the Spy, and i getting better again, thx man, you were mi favorite TF2 KZreadr, wish the best in that beach, i hope to see you "back" one day
The good old days. I'll cherish the memories. Granted I became a 1k sniper main, but Paladin taught me plenty on how to sniff out those Bagget Men. Hope you're doing well.
1 year is approaching!!!!

Hey mr. paladin i was just going through my watch later list out of curiosity and found you to my surprise, recognizing an old tf2ber. ive followed you for a long time. always loved your content. hope life is treating you and your family well. take care
MyPaladin became Doctor Seuss for about a minute and a half
I really feel nostalgic listening to this man's voice and the tf2 sound. He's the reason why I'm such a good gibus spy. When will u return king?
Hey Mr P, I remember watching your videos back in late 2015 when I first started playing this game (and I was going through my spy main phase :P). Nowadays I don't play the game as much since I honestly got bored of it after 2k hours (not that many if you consider how old the game actually is)... but I wanted to say thank you for making those spy guides and I hope all is going well in your life. Cheers!
Tf2 will never die
It's been 5 months since your last upload and you still reading comments. Mr. P you're a legend

@@MrPaladin haha i may have seen that last night when i may or may not have been stalking ur twitter immediately after commenting this 💀 but i sure didnt expect that!! super happy for u though that uve embraced a new lifestyle which according to some comments i read was a dream of yours. i was also glad to see ur into civ. imo the youtube scene for civ is severely lacking so one day if u ever wanna pick up youtube in any capacity again you may wanna consider making uploads for that game 🤷🏻♂️ just a thought since ur a traveling man now ill recommend a little known spot near me that i find very interesting: its the ruins of presidents park. basically, its just a bunch of statues of presidents heads in a field near williamsburg virginia. its super surreal! and williamsburg is also a really neat place to visit because its maintained its colonial theme since the colonial era, i highly recommend going there for the fourth of july!!! anyways i appreciate the reply and the community update :) as mentioned i wish you the best of luck, and safe travels in your new life
I don’t know how I remembered of your existence, but I’m very glad I did. Truly feels nostalgic to see my higschool spy guide once again!
You were my first tf2 youtuber I ever watched, I hope your well Mr. P
Hope ur doing good in life your content has been amazing
Mr.P I would like to thank you for all the people you have entertained and for being the first to tuber I ever watched. If it was not for you I would not be still playing the baguette man to this day.
Your name randomly popped into my head after years. Been a long time since watching your videos. Glad to see you are alright, have a great time on the road!
