S D Burman was probably and is the only singer who could blend the essence of Bhatiyali, classical into such soulful melodies. He is simply the greatest.

SDB was a real DADA of Indian cinematic experience.

His immortal voice and unparallel folk music compositions made him a unique person in the film industry who was also the guru of singer kishore kumar

He was really a great composer. His songs might appear to be simple but the interluding BGM have their own complexities which he only could compose. Conversational mode of songs like Acha ji mein hari are really top.

listening SD Burman's melodies since childhood and still become nostalgic.
