Its unfortunate that we lost such a Musical Legend at young age. But no doubt he s with us in form of DIVINE MUSIC... I just love his performance... Never be satisfied unless I hear to his fantatastic Rendition...

He didn't die of "divine society" which is nothing but an absurd fantasy, and cruel joke to anyone who gives the state of humanity even a passing glance. Only blissful denial of reality can allow one to believe such absurd fantasies. Mandolin Srinivas was indeed a huge talent, and his death was tragic and a great loss to so many people; it was liver failure, and he is gone, not called away; just gone.

You can read deep into our Upanishads and Sri Adi Sankaracharya's commentaries.) But anyways, the point is nothing wrong with a different perception of reality as long as nobody is disputing the facts. So what if some people think he's performing with the Gods? Why be so bothered.

Great musical legend who unfortunately passed away. His contribution to music world will last till this universe exists. Thank you for a wonderful music. I like this instrument very much.

Every time i listen to him, his early demise fill my mind with grief which time cannot lessen

Mandolin U Srinivasan is child prodigy gods give us in carnatic world,but his early departure give us grief tears endless in our carnatic lovers,in madurai at age of( 7) seven I heard his carnatic performance all every body spell bound, 2 persons gifted him gold ring,many of them present rupees coins collected nearly rs.2000,at ramar koil in TVS NAGER MADURAI late 70s years. H. R .IYER madurai.

yes, he is at just six years old, Srinivas developed a unique style of playing the mandolin, which had never been used in rigorous Carnatic classical music before.
