I'm a recovering crack addict myself and it's only by the grace of God and me wanting to give my son a fighting chance at a good life that I was able to get clean and still be here now typing this.... I'm so sorry for you that wasn't fair .... I only hope it's not too late for me or my soul. I have more then a couple regrets in life but I can't live in that space or I'll probably go back to it and then it's all over for me no question in my mind. Already buried enough loved ones and I do not want to force my son to bury me.... I hope it doesn't offend you if I say God bless you and I will pray for both of us if that's ok by you

I'm sorry to hear that, my old best friend was raised by her grandparents as well and I know all the pain she felt for not having her parents there. Once her grandmama died she went on a downward spiral, me and her fell off but I've always hoped the best for her because I can ever imagine what that's like...even a small part of me died because I had/have so much love for her that when she is hurt I was hurt too..so I'm sorry for your loss and I know it's hard to recover from that kind of pain but I really hope you do! Even you just loving your grandparents that much shows the kind of person you are. You appreciate those there for you, and that's beautiful
