I love how I love both Italo Disco and Eurobeat songs and that they used to be the same thing at one point

fr, from what I researched, if you take Italo Disco and Hi-NRG then you'll get Eurobeat. Eurobeat is Italo Disco but faster basically but Italo Disco is not Italo Disco. It's what's called a fusion genre.

@@Rai2M I just noticed this mistake. It's been 2 years too... What I meant was "Eurobeat is Italo Disco but Italo Disco is not Eurobeat"

this is how eurobeat sounded before the stuff you hear in Initial D happened. "eurobeat" is just a Japanese marketing term for any European dance music, most people in English speaking countries would call this stuff hi-NRG or italo-disco

Initial D eurobeat is super eurobeat There are many types of eurobeat Touhou Eurobeat(purely anime girl inspired) Super Eurobeat(inital d) Etc.
