i am drawing a comic to this, it's making me work 2x as fast as usual

I can understand the meaning of this picture: two girls meet for dinner, on the way the blonde girl expresses a very stimulating idea, the red-haired girl is serious on the surface, but the heart is actually ecstatic, and the people around express shock. Since then, the friendship between the two girls has risen to Ji Qing(姬情), blonde hair is the main attack, red hair is the acceptance, and lives a life without shame and boredom.

I don't know why but this background makes me think of this is some sort of trade or business meet between you and these two. The one with red hair being the far more serious, and business savvy of the duo, and the blonde being the looks of the business. It kind of looks like the blonde has taken a liking to you while you negotiate with the red hair. Glancing over now and again to see her in a world of her own as you try to keep the conversation on topic.

The music might be 20's, but the art looks more out of the 18th century, Empire of Great Britain kind of thing. Makes me want to see an anime set during that time. Perhaps a woman who is part of the American revolution and her friend, perhaps a cousin or other cohort, is British Royalty, Exactly how it spirals from there I don't know, but it isn't the first time I've daydreamed historical Animes before. Perhaps a tinge of fantasy here or a bit of grandiose there, it would legitimately be fun to watch.
