Here in the United Arab Emirates (I noticed because I'm currently living here), most of the Arabs use supercars as toys and they use all of these supercars as their daily living transportation (Specially Arabs from Dubai). You can see these supercars in highways, normal parking lots, etc.

By far the Saudi Prince with the Veneno has the best car collection. I was at Riyadh a few years ago and some of the rarest cars I’ve ever seen were there.
