Deere is notorious for that. I’ve never had that happen with our cat MT765

John Deere is really well represented in Belarusian mud farming

Thats why we kept an old TD-24 dozer around it had a 50,000 lb winch on the back with 100 feet of 1 inch cable, no drama .

Yes because tires don't get stuck at all. They make them with tracks for a reason. Your GFather was a closed minded idiot. Everything has a purpose, everything has a job.

"Too wet to plow!" That's what my maintenance foreman would always say when he didn't feel like doing a certain job on some days.

Im amazed by how high air pressure they seem to run in many of the machines. Tires don't flex at all and the mud sticks to the tread.

In Sweden I normally put about 1.5 atu as a compromise, not too hard or soft. Yes I agree fully with you because the wheels don't flex at all. When I was driving the the jeep they trained me to deflate the wheels even down to 0.7 or more giving better flotation on the mud....

@@thenorthernhandymanit is the New Holland 300 hp but it is over 10 years old and comes from Canada bought by the father of my girlfriend. Regarding the tyres I can't remember because now I'm back to Italy as very often I come back to Sweden to help her with the farming but lately she is hiring a farmer to do the heavy work with the big John Deere because I have much to do here! Its amazing to see so many people pulling out tractors wrong... you have to pull up! Attach the tow chain to the highest point possible on the top link with the shortest amount possible to get you out.

My little Fergie 20 with a 2 furrow would have skipped over that easy.....

We farmed the same piece of ground for 30 years and found all the holes and springs the first year and got stuck once it twice. We left those spots lie ( did not till ) the next guy came in with big ass tractors and got stuck several times a year and repeated that every year for the next 10. When they went belly up the owner wanted us back. We said no because the ground was trashed and the sink holes worse.
