Yes! And that’s what keeps the area so nice as most people keep some great values

THEY ARE ALL GREAT....I know, I live there. Less traffic. Less crime (never hear of it) Land of the wealthy and fabulous. I love this corner. LA Smog stays in LA. Its about 15 min from ikea in Burbank.

As a Saugus native and former Marine, I am biased but I love it there and I agree with what you said. I am from Saugus but living in NJ right now. Looking to move back in 2 years. Will hit you up closer to that for sure.

Saugus is too far from the freeway. If you're commuting for work, you're looking at an extra 30-40 minutes to get to the freeway. It's a whole separate commute just to get to the freeway, then the commute to work once you make it to the freeway. Canyon country has gotten better, still a little ghetto in some areas,, especially jakes way and that area. Valencia nice. Newhall actually nice, and more established with time, as in more and bigger trees, along with close access to the freeway and more south towards LA. Not so cookie cutter.

I doordash all over Santa Clarita all I have to say is they need to fix their cell service. It seems the nicer areas have no service especially Stevenson ranch

Valencia would be the better location in general but you will see a ton of families, not many young single people.

P in Santa Clarita are there any blind people from the blind community in Santa Clarita?

Just wanted to update you that Henry Mayo is not the only Hospital in Valencia, there is also Kaiser Permanente on Tournament Road. Get your Facts corrted.
