@@ShanMichaelEscasio I once triggered a hilichurl archer while doing a story quest. So, while being stuck in the interaction part of the quest, I had Aether's back set aflame every few seconds. It was funny but worrying since I don't know whether I might get Aether killed. At the end of the interaction and the archer lost interest in me, half of my health was gone. So, I beat up the entire camp in retaliation. lmao

Aight story time while you're listening So I discovered the game from a friend, my friend was kind enough to let me borrow their computer for two and a half months, and at that time I wasn't really sure if I were depressed but there is just this feeling that I don't feel motivated in life and I don't see the point of living... And through that time when I started playing, I was really mesmerized about the whole game. The plot, quests, characters, scenery, the soundtrack and basically everything lol. I even made a tons of friends in co-op mode and would just vibe with them, I also pulled a Diluc! My very first 5 star character and my first husband lmao.. Oh and my favorite OST was the 'Clear Sky Over Liyue' 37:55 , whenever I just travel in Liyue and this song plays. It really feels nostalgic to me somehow and I would just stare at the scenery.... I did many more things that normal players would do. The game affected me so much that it's my only escape from reality, the responsibilities, the pressure, stress, the pandemic that has been keeping me isolated and feel alone... And the time when my friend was leaving, It saddened me that I wouldn't be able to come back from this game, I tried to ignore everything related about the game. But it was so damn hard because the game filled the hole inside my chest.. I sometimes wished that I would be reincarnated in this game lmao, it's stupid right? Well for me, it's my only escape from everything. And from the situation that I felt back then I guess it's pretty understandable to feel that way?... Anyway, just wanted to share how I discovered the game, pls don't t judge me lol. I hope you guys had a wonderful day and pulled for the character/s that you guys want :)

I know exactly how you feel. That feeling where you feel lost and wondering what the point of life is. It’s nice to know this game can be used as a way for people to escape from the reality of life. I hope you’re still playing and I hope things have gotten better for you :)

I remember being new to genshin impact, thinking all of it was already out, thinking I had to go through dragonspine to get to liyue, thinking Dvalin was the last boss, thinking celestia was where we fought dvalin and found our sibling, thinking dragonspine was the cryo place (snezhnaya), and not knowing the way into dragonspine. I miss that, being completely new, not having a clue on what to do, and especially being new to hearing the music. I miss it all.

I always play genshin seasonally. I play for 2 weeks, stop for like 3 months. Update, and play again. In like a loop. For some reason everytime I play again, see my characters again. Hear this music again, I get very emotional, I always just start crying right away. And even though I absolutely suck at this game, something about it feels just so special to me. Makes me feel so warm, and somehow nostalgic after around 2 years of playing it? This game will forever have a special place in my heart. Thank you hoyoverse for this stunning game, characters, music and joy it gives me. It feels like my home somehow? Mostly mondstadt, always love visiting that place again, even when I dont have anything to do there. I basically know most of the ways out of my head, I could walk around for so long. Just taking in the beautiful scenery, walking around the map. It's stunning and will always mesmerize me. Hope my potato laptop is able to keep up with all the upcoming updates :)

The game really makes me want to live in it, theres alot of unknown things , adventures and the scenery ..,its so beautiful.

You know the game has the in my opinion best ost when I play this game 14 hours a day on weekends and listen to the ost even after playing

The feelings of when u just started the game, actually listening to the audios, the texts, talking to the characters in mondstadt, exploring at AR9 with no quests at all, i thought that was boring, but now that i think of it, its so nostalgic esp. bcs now there are so many other regions with different soundtracks and even thought they are nice, monstadt ones feel so calming, comfy, relaxing and just feels like home, i remember always going to windrise and logging off there because of the music, i really miss being new and just exploring :(

27:48 C'mon guys let's agree this gotta be the best soundtrack of all time, I mean it's soo damn calming that I could forget all of the stress, hateful, destructive things and just sit and listen to this music. From deep inside my soul I would be glad that I could hear this beautiful soundtrack and cherish those sweet moments. It's so appealing and calming that it even diminishes my anger and I would be feeling like I am floating on a dead calm ocean with this beautiful soundtrack running inside my head. whether you love genshin or hate it, you cant deny, the music is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful.

been a year since i last played genshin. the first moonlight festival ost (cmiiw) in liyue really teared me a bit. it was oddly nostalgic. the memories of headcrushing puzzles, dying at dragonspine, flying to abbys using amber, kaeya ice bridging to inazuma and most importantly, the memories. miss u peachy, kle, pikachu and greenporkchop xD. and also hutao, thanks and love you. ~Dezu

My best friend introduced me to Genshin. She had been playing since launch at that date, and had most 5 stars and 4 stars leading up to that point. She loved this game, and got me into it. I played every day so I could reach AR 16, and once I did, she played with me EVERY day. We live in different countries, this was a way we could be together every day like we've always wanted. Commissions, weapons, domains, builds, characters, she's seen every moment of my adventure. Every moment, every character, from my switch to Razor as my main to getting my very first 5 star (Diluc!) she's been supporting me. She even got me through Dragonspine and conquered so many enemies with Zhongli's fantastic meteor. She's always been my cheerleader and bodyguard, no matter how little damage I do, she's there cheering me on. College and the pandemic has stolen time from us. It's sad, I miss every day we played. But no matter how busy life gets, we always get our days to play Genshin, and be together.

I tried using this to study, but I reminisced instead. When I played Genshin Impact for the first time, I was just into the game and everything around me went so fast. I am AR 55 now, and kind of in a rough spot because high school sucks. Was trying to study Katakana, got tired of the music I was playing, thought of Genshin and my mind went, "Well, why not play some calming music?" since I knew what OST Genshin mostly have. I'm really sad this game has a bad reputation now. When it came out, I was able to suggest Genshin Impact to my friends without having second thoughts. Well, judging by the situation now, one person will judge you for how normie, weeb, and cringe you are. But I don't take them seriously because I truly know who I am, and they can't invalidate what I truly know about myself. I only started genshin on November 2020, yet I am already feeling very nostalgic whenever I listen to one of the calm OSTs. Time flies, and I am really glad to experience Genshin for the first time with everyone else. Being able to ride the experience with the same level as everyone else. To future Genshin players, take your time and do not rush because you feel like you are being left out. Trust me, even if you do not rush or play at a normal phase, time will quickly pass by before you notice it.

this game has a special place in my heart so while you listen ill tell you my story, i met a girl online who soon became literally all I thought about. her name was Maisy and she as well introduced me to this game. she loved playing it and we would play it together and talk about it all the time. she became my gf and then time passed, and that relationship sailed. I still think about her every time i listen to soundtracks or play the game. but honestly, I felt deadass the same way. at first i wanted absolutely nothing to do with it. and then later I decided to give it a try after listening to soundtracks. I miss her sm every time i hear the music due to the nostalgia and the idea of her and what we used to be. but honestly it's all part of life you gotta let go to grow and its only human to miss her and people you once were attached to. love is so powerful and strong, that's what this game also though me. to be in harmony with my inner self and learn to let go of people and emotions and not live in the past but the present moment. i love this game and would do anything to sit and talk to Maisy again and tell her how much life has changed and how much i miss the old days. as well as telling her that without her i would have never found my true self.

Whoever chose the soundtracks to include in this, I like your sophisticated taste :3

I stopped playing after I did a bunch of the story, leveled up, and grinded. But this makes me want to come back to play.

23 minutes in the video while on my journey to swim to secret island then spiral abyss island! It’s so relaxing 😌 I have no resin but who cares atleast this can occupy me and clear my thoughts
