    Always good to see you giving us a few more tasty offerings TD. I could just be tempted to swap from my 32 inch G7 Odyssey for this. Definitely worth considering . Thanks bud!

    I would like to see a refreshed video of the best gaming monitors from this year ranked by you. I've been struggling to find a suitable 24" IPS monitor with a refresh rate of over 240Hz, motion clarity and decent colors for photo editing.

    Are your input lag test numbers the same for the entire refresh rate range? From 60hz and above? I've seen from other testers that input lag increases at lower refresh rates.

  • @TotallydubbedHD

    Good question! From my testing equipment I can't get an accurate objective input lag figure at a different refresh rates, equally with Adaptive Sync technologies. Sometimes I do test the input lag subjectively with these different setups and comment on it. Note, the total system latency will naturally increase, but that's not to be confused with the input lag of the monitor. Of course, the monitor's input lag does affect total system latency but some reviewers get the two mixed up. There's a bit more info about the above on this video (skip to the input lag section): kzread.info/dash/bejne/nYaVxpJrc9bYhpc.htmlsi=Bf1II51VRv6OeJww

    Nice video... Currently, i am running 60hz IPS 2K Planer monitor & i want to get 4K monitor but i think i should wait for next year when companies will start producing higher refresh rates for 4K series & right now, on Boxing day discounts, i am getting LG 32 inches 240 HZ 2K instead.... 4K monitors are yet to witness cheap rates with 240 HZ.. So we should wait considering upgrade...

    Sure, but I do think people looking at getting 4k 240hz are somewhat unrealistic. How are you going to consistently push out 240hz at 4K with any modern GPU?

  • @myaacount

    @myaacount

    Yeah, that would be a huge problem. But there is a curved Samsung monitor which is offering 4K 240hz, but i have forgotten the actual model name though.. have you covered that in any of your videos? @@TotallydubbedHD will be curious to hear your views on that...

    To all PS5 users, this screen will flicker and turn off after around 15-20 minutes of using. You will not be able to turn it back on unless you unplug the power supply cord. The only way to solve this issue is to go on the PS5 settings and switch the graphic mode into "performance" mode, which will ofcourse compromise the picture quality of your gaming experience.

    Just get the lg oled 42 inch tv has 10x better response and input lag. It’s true 1 Ms, and has better blacks and motion clarity. It’s a bigger screen but is better for console 100%. Doesn’t have the special osd settings but it’s worth the new oled tech
